Agriculture is very stressful without money......that was how my friend lost over 200+ fish in one day. NEPA brought light so he flushed d dirty water away as he was about to pump water into his pond, NEPA took d light..... He rushed to on his Gen, but the coil had problem. Generator on but no supply of electricity. He could not borrow cos his neighbours were away. He finally rented a Gen.... And over 200 a month old fish died.

Actually we might be up to that figure. Take a northern Nigeria for instance where a cobbler or a petty trader with net worth of business not more than N10,000 but yet married to 4 wives and 20 children.

It's only in the southern part that a man would marry only one wife with 5 children at most. South south and south east to be precise.

Actually the northerners have now gone back to intensive agriculture especially within the last 3 years.

Agricultural output has really increase but we need to do more. Not only northerners but the entire country.

There are some crops that can only do well in the southern part of the country due high amount of rainfall. Crops like rubber, cocoa, cassava oil palm etc. while staple crops can do well at the northern part.

It should be an interpreted effort not individual.

I've had numerous losses, I'm going to talk about the one I've tried to excel anyway.

I started goat production business 6 years ago with only theory knowledge no experience. I bought 45 red sokoto breed of goats and started feeding them without experience and professional to guide me through, I did online research about goat production business prospect and I got crazy information from online farmers who never owned livestock and couple with the fact I'm an animal scientist which I felt I'm good to go that was the greatest deceit I deed to my self.

To cut the story short I lost all the goats due to wrong management, diseases and worms and lack of good information. I lost over 700k Naira which include goat cost, so called consultant fees, feed and medications.

Note: I now have vast experience in goat farming with over 200+ matured female goats, over 80 bucks and plenty of kids too in my farm. I didn't give up and thank God for the support I got from my wife.

Nigeria's problem is not about the leaders but the masses. We are all responsible for the state of Nigeria today due to our way of doing things.

Just take look at European citizens how organize they are and how they handle issues with wisdom but our case is the opposite.

This is a common problem of 3rd world countries. Take a look at India for instance, their way of doing things is exactly like Nigerians. They are corrupt, shady and unorganized just like Nigerian. That's why whenever a Nigerian criminals travel to India and try to show the he's a smart criminal, they'll show him his a learner cos our behavioral pattern is identical.

The reason Nigerian criminals finds it easy to scam Europeans is because they have upright integrity and honor promise which they expect other people to be like them not knowing our skin colour is a replica of our heart.

If all Nigerians should be evacuated and replaced with Europeans, I'm 100% certain Nigeria will change with 4 years.

We need to change ourselves first before complaining about our bad leaders because the leaders emerged from within us.

Even if an Angel came down to rule Nigeria with our present way of doing things, Nigeria will still remain the way it's without any changes. We might even start labelling the angel a fake or rejected angel not knowing we are the problem.

Buy a land then save towards getting a car then afterwards you start the building.

Once you have the land, you can start developing it gradually.
