What most people don’t know is this, before you can establish a cement factory in the country you need what is called mining license, majority of the richly bless sites in the country either North or south or east or west has been paid for by Dangote ever since this BUA thing slipped out of his hand, so if you wake up tomorrow now say in 10 years time you want to setup a cement factory with your billions and you tell the federal ministry of mines the site location they will tell you it has been acquired by Dangote, so the monopoly is real and it is for a very long time to come

The reason I said to the above is because it happened to me, I stay in the same compound with my wife and kids and my parents but different apartment, though I have built apartment for rent and currently building where I would stay by the grace of God

Honestly we need to give all the bosses thumb up, from Feelamong the originator of this thread, pa emmanuel, ukay2, the oil man ahiboilandgas and so many others here. Honestly there are thousands of silent followers who are reading this thread.I remember i was seeking advise from feelamong on investing on the FGN SUKKUK bond, thank God i followed his advise to lock up the fund imagine coming from a rate of 18.5% to the ridiculous 3.5%

I met this guy on line, he was everything I was looking for in a man. Boy was I wrong, I opened up to him on how I was used by men in the past and he used this info to do just that!!

The last visit I had with him, he was talking marriage and family plans telling me how much he loved me and that I was the one he wanted. I get home and he gets this cold shoulder with me, I ask him what's wrong and he tells me to leave him alone that it's over. I go around for days hurt and heartbroken, telling my friends I don't understand what happened.

And then the big bomb! I e-mailed him telling him I can't go on with my life not knowing what happened. He told me he had other women he was dating and was going to be going out with one the following weekend!! I was so hurt. I'm just glad I didn't marry the @@$*^^@ before finding out!!!
