If Arsenal wins this game then na my Uncle Udeme cause it from village. I had a dream where he was chasing me with cutlass after winning 5 million naira in my betting. I repeat juju go follow this if I loose my ticket due to Man United. Pls can Jose Murihno send the incompetent Chelsea Team of yesterday to finish this game for Man United. My ticket no go tear ohhhhhhhh |
eljanfortis:Sorry Bros, I was sleeping but on turning my Chinese TV I saw 3-0 in favour of Arsenal. I needed to confirm if the Chinese TV is writing in Arabic way. Hmmmm.. Ticket go burn today ohhh and juju go follow this. But is it my Uncle Udeme that's doing this from Village? |
Abeg Nairalanders Arsenal vs Man United match don start? |
franchizy:. Poster are you okay? |
There's need for Chelsea team to be overhauled effective immediately. |
disloman:My Honda is having ABS Alarm on the dashboard and I would have love to fix it but... I hate insincerity. |
I would not be surprised if some diehard Buharist come out to cite this as excuse why BH won't be defeated within planned time. Propaganda of the highest level.... |
I don't understand what this person is talking about. ... |
I am much more interested when all these translate to better living for Musa my Almagiri Friend in Kano, Obiora my Trader Friend at Ariaria Market in Aba or Femi my Alaye Motor Park Friend at CMS in Lagos. |
tunjion:You are on point. ... The Yoruba-Fulani relationship has always been a mystery to me. ..Marriage of convenience in action! |
uselessgoat:Uselessgoat, what has this gotten to do with Igbos? Comprehension ability has continued to affect millions of Nigerians. .. |
I am waiting for the official list to see whether the 5% Voters won't have any Minister from among them. . . By the way what's inclusive government? ?? |
Like humans we have always been, here the Paparazzi is showing us the pictures without complementing the effort of the caring Cat by taking the wounded Cat to a Vet Doctor to confirm if it's truly dead. Same way some rush into snapping accident victims without effort to secure first aid and other medical attentions for them |
Good thing this is not an Igbo man but an Alhaji likely from the tribe believed to be anti-corruption in nature. I wouldn't be surprised if this case failed to see the light of the day ... |
Welrez:The body language will do that very soon. |
Until I see change in Port Harcourt I reserve my comment. .. |
There's truth in what he said. |
HOLD ON, HOLD ON....GERRRET OUT OF HERE GOLD DIGGER UNSTAND? IN IGBO, SI EBE A PUO |
nnachukz:You are on point Bros. She wants advice and has gotten good one from you. Thanks |
kannymoore:Sir, pls my Mum is Ibibio and my Dad is Igbo... I know what I am talking about because I have spent over 20 years in Ibibio land and another 20 years in Igbo land. Thanks for at least agreeing with me to an extent sha on the Ekpe cult. I love Ibibio and I love Igbo...despite anything. |
mildflame:You may not subscribe to my opinion but it doesn't warrant hate-speech. Next time you choose to respond to my post please do less of hate-speech. Truth is those that want Akwa-Ibomites and Igbos to permanently hate each other are liking your outburst. .. Good show for you. My Mum remains Ibibio while my Dad remains Igbo...I love both Tribes |
kannymoore:Before you end your story, recheck the history you just mentioned. While I am not soliciting affiliation with your Ibibio as an Igbo man yet another name like Bassey is answered among the Abians. The popular Ekpe cultural cult for men in Ibibio land is practised in Igbo land. Akwa Ibom call ukom plantain same way we do. Usan is the same flat plate in my place. I am not calling and will never call Akwa Ibom an Igbo land but they were part of the defunct Eastern Nigeria. Check that your history again. In that your so-called South, there are igbos in Rivers and Delta in large numbers in case your history book didn't tell you. Igbos lost the war of 1967-1970 and maybe you don't like them, fine but that can't take anything away from the fact that Akwa Ibom is part of the defunct Eastern region. No one is begging to be associated with you... |
dominique:Sis wetin dey talk be say dem don comot #300 from the prize. You understand now abi? |
jaytee01:whether expansionism or not, Akwa-Ibom is part of the defunct Eastern Nigeria. Like Igbos or hate them, we have a lot in common with Akwa Ibom state. No one can take that away despite our differences |
funkybully:You are on point. The same thing people condemned GEJ of doing are now being celebrated because it is coming from the incorruptible Buhari. Nigeria cannot grow if we fail to institutionalised the anti-corruption battle. |
The Lord is good. ..I have been blessed reading alot of contributions around here. |
[quote author=Nellybii post=37517987]So why did you wait for six years before criticizing GEJ? Double standard Abi?[/quote I didn't wait for six years to critize anybody. As free citizens we can voice our disappointments if we feel our leaders derail. Pls for your intel GEJ is not my father nor hero but my former president. |
Demdem:Hey, actually I joined NL in 2005. I have been around here for 10 years plus. Just unfortunate Uncle Seun could not invite me for 10 years membership anniversary. |
Demdem:Thanks Bro. I appreciate your feedback. Good night. One love. God bless Mr. President... God bless you and I. .. God bless Nigeria. .. |
HzRF:Bros I was thinking demdem is into healthy discussion but it seems he enjoys something else... I wouldn't be surprised if your comment above turns out to be true of him. Too bad... |
Nellybii:This comparison doesn't fly at all with Buhari leadership. Buhari performance is benchmarked by the incorruptible and prudent hype associated with his coming in. Recall, we didn't wait for GEJ to finish his 2nd tenure before confirming that he failed the nation. So why must we wait for 4 years before voicing out some displeasures over apparent failures of Saint Buhari in some areas of his leadership? However, if you insist that your comparison applies, then don't forget a certain GPA is expected from the students during their first Semester 100 level. Failure to meet this GPA will earn them repeat or outright withdrawal. Judgemental or not, by your comparison someone might be asked to withdraw if he continues like this. PMB is our President and we have right to constructively correct him instead of sycophantic praise-singing especially as he is beginning to sound some negative vibes. For your information, Sycophants misled GEJ in addition to his personal weaknesses. Is that what you want for Buhari? Certainly Not. Please no name callings. .. discuss respectfully and stop the Mumu statement. Thanks |
Demdem:What impression do you need again from a party that controls both upper and lower houses of the National Assembly yet lack of party leadership led them to spend almost first 3 months out of their 48 months on in-house fighting? Bros, with due respect to your optimism I think from 90% of contributions on this topic, the initial blaming-game impression of the PMB is no longer welcomed. Face it Bro, leadership is all about selling what works to majority of the People. We are not going to wait for PMB to start asking for 2nd tenure in order to deliver his promises. Nigeria need actions now not blaming-game or promising. Buhari should have prepared for this leadership position within the last 12 years as he was contesting each time. Besides as prudent and incorruptible as he was painted, there's no stopping him from coming out with true state of the nation. Admit it or not, experience has taught many Nigerians not to believe any kind of thrash thrown at them. |
