Some Nigerian come here just to make mockery of their level of understanding on way forward to better this nation. Sometimes it very annoying that we accept every damn thing we hear. Adams Oshiomole, at least if not El Rufai, was in power during Okonjo tenure as Minister of Finance. As a responsible and caring Governor he wants us to believe now, he should have verified from his Commissioner of Finance about ongoing issues with the ECA then. The idea of coming now to preach as if he was not aware of anything happening with the ECA is pure act of hypocrisy at its highest point.
Enough of this image laundry by Politicians, we are tired of it.

@Poster,

This your post is outright intrusion and totally not acceptable. I think outside seeking for attention, there is little or nothing to discuss about this man. The time you spent in snapping the man should have been enough to advise the man not to watch the so called porn. I put it to you that you watched the porn too by the time you were snapping him. It is too bad that you derive joy from eavesdropping and poke-nosing on things that have nothing to do with.

The only good thing you did for yourself is that you didn't capture the man's face otherwise you could have been sued for behavioural assassination.

This is not surprising because only in Nigeria that NGOs, Civil and Human right Activists and what have you are politically engineered for a purpose. Its okay that all the APC propaganda worked for them against GEJ but Posterity will not forgive those that clamored for downfall of someone else.

I strong believe that what will bring APC down as a party is going to come from within the Party. Propaganda of APC is the worst I have ever seen in politicking.

This is pure cooked up story for publicity. The story does not make sense at all. The President ordered the arrest and investigation without intention of using him to set example through adequate punishmenthuh
Permit me to quote from the hoax Story: An SSS source told Sahara Reporters, “Alhaji Yola has refunded the money to the affected businessman.” He added: “Alhaji Yola has been released on bail.”

And Sahara Reporters felt they should report this event for publicity or whathuh For all I care no Fraudster should go unpunished if we want to discourage others from fraudulent acts. Please we are not fools and Shara Reporters should stop playing on us. This nation has some major national burning issues they should report and not this hoax and irrelevant propaganda. Elookoo, no matter who created SSS/DSS in your words, right thing should be done. What we have to build is institutions and not "personality" in Nigeria. Whether Buhari is former Field Marshall or not, the DSS has mandate to provide him security. Let's stop supporting or justifying each wrong move of Buhari. Tinubu's South West powerful media are fighting back. By the time they finish with this Judas and traitor called Saraki he will regret ever aspiring to be Senate President by hobnobbing with the opposition and stabbing his party at the back.
What's this hype about Saraki Senate Presidency all about? APC came on board on the platform of change and Saraki has just decided to bring in his version of that change by changing how Party should decide what happens in the Senate Chamber and same APC members are no longer out for changehuh
I think it's high time we started reviewing the cooperate manifesto of APC if truly they have any. Let's assumed PDP failed due to it's elected Leaders pushing PDP policies instead of national policies, shouldn't we be celebrating Saraki for this pragmatic shift from politics as usual?
Enough of this anti Sarakism even though I am just watching on from the sideline to see how Association of Past Criminals APC would resolve their inhouse fighting and focus on the change they promised us.

stil checking to see the correlation between the THRASH you just posted and the topic under discussion
My major problem with most Buharists is that they see any wrong signal from Buhari as the fault of GEJ administration without realising that Buhari administration came on board via propaganda of incorruptible and perfect leadership. This helped some of us to peg out expectations of the new government somewhere close to perfection. Those anti GEJ are now realising there are challenges in leading this nation.Yet with GEJ no challenges.....Sai Change Sai Babahuhhuh Lead us Baba

A lot of times we try to project the image of the benign, peace loving drunk from Otueke to cover up the complete rot his administration represented. It is just a repeat of history as most of us know that Shagari is a good man but his administration was very corrupt.

I stay in Abuja and I know that the corruption under the GEJ administration was monumental and the enormous revenue accrued to the government was wasted even much more than Abacha, Babangida and Obasanjo combined. Why are we so wicked to keep on defending his administration.

Buhari has a lot of personal flaws but if we can remember this election was a referendum on GEJ not necessarily about Buhari in the swing states of the South West and North Central.

Whether he appoints Ministers this night or next year it is a huge relief from the madness we just went through for six years.

It will take a lot for us to recover with the depleted external reserves, crash of crude prices, a possible Greek default, reduction in summer travel and GDP/ Oil use due to terrorism fears, a huge slowdown in China, 30 million barrels of stored Iranian crude about to hit the market with the removal of sanctions and two possible interest rate hikes by the US Federal Reserve.

We are in interesting times no matter who is at the helm and the earlier we all hunker down and pray to weather the storm without terrible social unrest that will come with job losses, subsidy removal, Naira devaluation and corresponding hyperinflation adding to the Boko Haram insurgency decimating the North East and the bankruptcy of the states.

Let me give you a brief example; Buhari told the governors to negotiate longer loan tenors with the banks up to 20 years to reduce the strain and inability to pay salaries, do you know how that will affect bank profits and systemic liquidity. What will happen to their Oil and Gas loans if oil prices dip further.

May God help this country but please it is sheer wickedness to bring up the previous administrations records. In other climes they would have been shot by now.
As much educative as your comment sounds it failed to portray any logical explanation on why you conclude that GEJ administration is the most corrupt. All I could deduce from your comment is an intrinsic dislike of the past administration. GEJ outgone administration is not and should never be an excuse for the present administration not to perform. I know of countries with lesser resources that are still moving forward even without Oil. ENOUGH of this Buharism

Buhari is not scared of failure. he's just tactical in his approach. these technicalities take time. It all works that meant to be done during working hours. with the magnitude of damage done by PDP, it would take a lot of effort and planning for the effects of Buhari's hard work to show.
It's very annoying how we attribute every failure of Buhari to PDP. Buhari came into power because we needed someone to fix things but he doesn't seemed to even know where to start from. His confusion has nothing to do with PDP at all. Enough of this diehard Buharism.

You have a valid point but I believe some Nigerians are not interested in the grammatical analysis. Truth is that hardly will one see any opposition party assuming office and thereafter confirm that the nation has huge Treasury except in advanced democracies. President Buhari had painted a gloomy picture which caused many Nigerians to panic and I think he should try to reduce his level of excuses(complaining of challenges) by focusing on doing what we have elected him to do.

I seriously hope you are a student of management or maybe you have ever encountered what they called strategic policies. When a CEO takes over an ailing company, the first step is to evaluate the current problems before he sets forth to implement policies to right the past wrongs. For heaven's sake May 29 was just couple of days ago, what are you people saying? Did you guys elect Alaadin and his Genie? GEJ was a favored son in whom Nigerians were pleased with, they massively voted him in even though he had no qualification to rule a local government but he failed us. Buhari has 4 years to prove us right and if he fails Nigerians will give him same treatment !!! Change is not Buhari - Change is a new beginning that dictates that there is no more power of incumbency! If Buhari fails us, WE WILL BOOT HIM OUT !!! PERIOD!!! That's CHANGE !!!
Dear Goldenboy,

Your definition of "change" seem not to be in tandem with what I thought as the APC's classical definition of change before the election. I have a great respect for Mr. President for your information. He is not a CEO of an ailing Company but President of Nigeria. A job that is meant for the Best of Bests in Nigeria. He has been there before now, tested and trusted, incorruptible and accountable, disciplined and respectable, what have you. Who told you that Buhari having been on the sideline needs time to evaluate Naija situation further? From March 28 till now, he has been my President. He should treat Nigeria situation as a case that require new solution and new approach.
The fact that he is strategizing does not mean that critical national issues should be treated with laxity. We need results and not just strategy in pipeline. My major concern with the present administration is unnecessary hinging of every challenge it faces on the past administration of GEJ.
Work started on May 29th for him.

This stuff could have been nipped in the bud a long time ago. But the last administration foolishly allowed this monster to grow and fester.

Now the same people that say Buhari should not be given credit for the PHC refinery revamp "because it is not a one week effort" are the ones insisting that Buhari takes the blame for Boko Haram suicide bombing.

This is what happens when your intelligence agencies are diverted to harassing your political opponents instead of fishing out bomb-makers and their suppliers.
My friend, Texazzpete, there is little need talking about the last administration here any more. The same way this administration inherited some issues is the same the last administration inherited issues too from the one before it. I have always been critical of this kind of comment coming from enlightened and respected people like you. An ordinary Nigerian is expecting a lot from this administration due to the hype that associated Buhari's electioneering promises.

May I remind you Sir that Buhari is the President now and whatever happens now is no longer direct and resultant effect of the past administration. GEJ administration is over and President Buhari knew the Nigeria he was campaigning to lead was not close to an organized Society. I guess Buhari could possibly do well for this nation but the current signs from his administration is not showing much yet to be desired. Lots of excuses, No sense of urgency and a lot more seem to characterize his attitude so far.

For crying out loud, Baba should get to work. He is not a Novice. He came to this position highly favored and qualified to do more and not dishing out pockets of excuses either from him or his ardent Supporters that see nothing wrong with his paces.

God bless President Buhari
God bless Nigeria

I am picking great interest in your various comments concerning the new administration of Gov. Ikpeazu and hopes that the said paper work will translate to practical work asap. However, I see some elements of sectional sentiment in you concerning what you called the Ohuhu People. Gov. Ikpeazu might be an Ngwa man before now but at the moment he is the Abia man. As someone following your various comments, I guess being focus on your pro-Ikpeazu's activities will help the new administration instead voicing some divisible utterances capable of derailing the new administration. Gov. Ikpeazu can set a new record in Abia State and believe you me, posterity will recognize him for that not just your Ngwa people.
