Since Poroye counsel have no brief to defend.

judgement will be delivered between now and friday. jegedes appeal has been heard and closed.today

......If truly there's rules of law in our country called Nigeria...Judge will not be bias in handling matters,suppose to be fair and neutral to clients...I believe law and rules of the land still hold from onset of 1999 constitution...Let wait and see what Appeal will say again.....Where Caretaker at National and State can impose on Real Exco of Party...Let see how ut goes

you missed so many points, ....The Apex court never gave a verdict, but rather 'a notice' not from Apex judge but the registrar.

you will agree with me that court itself is meant for justice and not to kill justice

Notice of appeal in a supperior court does not Automatically stop proceedings in the lower court.Conditions must be met and the lower court must be satisfied having look into the strenght of the argument to stop proceeding with justice been done in the case per-se.

We have just 9days to go and jimoh ibrahim's lawyer is appealing to the supreme court that the appeal court panel should 'disband itself' without reasons. Things dont work that way sir!

Jimoh ibrahim had earlier accused the first Appeal court panel of Bribery, and the appeal panel disqualify itself for probe, but jimoh ibrahim abandon to pursue the accusation but rather trying to stop the second appeal panel. trying to kill time.

Jimoh ibrahim never went through the authentic primaries in ondo. yet he was to replace jegede who won primaries and had been campaigning

...Sir do u know that the platform that conduct the primaries for Jegede are caretaker people of Ondo not the real Excos of Ondo..ask Mimiko he dissolved them after decamping from labour Party to PDP...So looking at things at hands..If Appeal are not been Bias in their verdict earlier and now...The allegation of jegede does'nt stand...Go back to 1999 Constitution u will agree with me that Caretaker are not stipulated to conduct or hold candidacy of Party...So the questions is that Who is the Authentic Candidate....The same law say u can hold ur primaries in Headquarter of that region...So Oga sir Who is the authentic candidate now?

(1) Apppeal panel had struck out ''motion filed at the supreme court for stay of proceedings''
(2) Appeal Court Strikes out Jimoh Ibrahim motion to be joined in Jegede Vs Poroye suit to delay the case
(3) Appeal of jegede is beign heard right Now and defendants are trying to stop jegede's lawyer but were overuled

....So the Appeal court is now the Apex court now...Supreme give verdict and Appeal court is snobbing it,where are we going in Nigeria...It seem Mimiko/jegede don bribe those Judge for there...I can smell something in Appeal court

Mimiko is the cause of the problem at hands..why dissolving the real Excos of Ondo PDP after he joined them from Labour party..Using verto power in Democracy setting....So the Verto power he used now is on him...1999 Constitution does'nt allow caretaker to appoint governor not to talk of Picking form of governorship candidate...so that settle the matter..JIMOH IBRAHIM WINNING

....No court in the World can accelerate court hearing without proper investigation...So Nigeria is not exception..So on Wether Jimoh Ibrahim will Appeal the court Order or not...I strong believe that Appeal court verdict was on one side...
