Port Harcourt is a polluted, ugly and rustic town littered with slums, ghettos, shanties, etc, there's nothing like that in Onitsha. Onitsha is even better planned than PH, check the Google earth. People thar live in PH are rougher than people in Onitsha. Onitsha has nicer structures than PH. Port Harcourt is covered in black soot pollution, it is not a liveable. city.

I'm judging from the pictures and videos of the million man match. From what I've seen so far from Onitsha and PH, PH looks greener, cleaner, better roads, fresher looking people, nicer looking structures. These were my observation.

The local government at least are working maybe I will say 60 out of 100 and the state government are really working... Wike is a good governor. But he abandoned rivers... But the capital is beautiful...
