House officers (not in every department)
Resident doctors (registrars and senior registrars), and a consultant or two

The only doctor who is not in that unit, who is not a radiologist, paediatrician as the case may be, is the House Officer and sometimes the registrar (pre part one)

As someone who has been all, I would know trust me (I finished my residency and from a top Naija school)
