the best image format for web pages is "gif " format. i notice that jpeg is good but, load for when loading.

My perspective, Software Development is originally not Nigeria thing from begin. the environmental system to keep this type of solution running is not in place for now. Entrepreneurs are not seeing the needs and future for it as at now.

Features responsibility for a set down of this solutions (Software Development ).
1. Environmental factors - Knowledge or acquisition(cash support) of skills on it is low
2. Social factor - Individual and Government do not believe that Nigerian can provide solutions for now.
