DadaStephen1: Let's sample opinions logically without abusing and insulting others. Who's your choice and why ? Your simple but intelligent analysis can convince others to reason along with you.
Let's see how analytical nairalanders can get.
Only if all politician could for once be sincere with their promises. For me Atiku has shown the willingness to stick with the idea of restructuring which this nation direly needs
goldcoinhub: The Oyo State Government made true its decision to demolition popular singer Yinka Ayefele's Music House in Ibadan and some residents of Oyo state have come out to protest the action of the governor Abiola Ajimobi.
One of the angry residents, a lady, almost stripped completely naked as she joined others to place curses on the state government for demolishing the studio.
dominique: Have they finished arresting all the robbers, burglars, kidnappers, rapists and paedophiles?
so they should not be bordered about this abi? am very sure by d time all these stupid *ssfuckers start hijacking your lil kids and defile them your will understand better
Luxuryconsult: Blame Zidane for this madrids woe and the one to come.. He built the team on one person and one way technique which is cross and head. This new manager will suffer before he can set this team right. Madrid don't know how to press in and score. Smh. Zidane, look what you've done. You ruined a wonderful team for your own selfish interest. He always loose whenever he try to change that cross and head technique. Worst manager in history.
What is this one saying. you know the number of coaches that had called shot at Madrid before the emergence of Zizou.
Hmmmm I wouldn't want to imagine what will be going on in the mind of Sergio Ramos now. He was busy running his mouth anyhow. This is total humiliation
azimibraun: Badly presented or shouldn't be presented at all. Is it now fashionable to be orphans? A month after the death of a second parent and its fun enough to go on the internet to show off? They are kids, so I will take it as a child's play. I just hope some kids don't go out poisoning their parents just to have to this. Kids are easily influenced. We should never give them the platform to do this. If you are a parent, you will feel bad sad they lost theirs. But it will hurt more to think they are making it look stylish, celebratory and a thing of pride and swagger to lose their parents. No pikin should kill me and my wife to compete on instagram with this ladies o! We should not encourage this at all. Seun do the needful always. Take things like this down.
And you think everyone has the same mentality like U
Yarnvibes: It was a story of one good turn deserves another when the class’17 students of Management and Accounting honoured one of their lecturers Dr. M.O Oladejo (popularly called “BABO”) for being an outstanding lecturer.
The honour came as a surprise to the lecturer as he was taking the 300 level students of the same department a class when the students came in to present him the award.
Speaking with a student of the department, Yussuf Hammed,he said the honour was given to him as a result of his outstanding performance as a lecturer not only in the department but the faculty as a whole.
The lecturer upon reviving the award thanked the students and said a brief prayer for them before he continued with the class he was taking
Only weeks ago, this same sets of students presented an award to another lecturer in the department,Dr Onaolapo for his promotion to a Professor.
The lecturer, Dr Oladejo better known as comrade by other member of staff is always jovial in class and diligent in his duty. He rarely misses his classes and is always ready to give parental advice to students.
drealzum: You don't know jack. So tell me where Buhari will win? Middle belt? Nonsense!
Buhari will win Katsina and maybe other core northern states. But he won't get those mass votes.
Kwankwasiya is not a person. it is a movement. They have offices in the 19 northern states for the last ten years. If you think only Buhari pulls crowd in the North then you are deluded. They will drag for that kano. Sule lamido is also a godfather in Jigawa. He is a protege of Aminu kano. He does not believe in Ahmadu bello kind of politics that we see in the north now. So he has his own huge followers. Go and find out. He has his own kind of crowd.
These guys will work together, bring their crowds and advice them to vote one person.
Atiku is not the best person to lead this country for me after Buhari . But Atiku can beat Buhari more than the others who are better .
First of all Atiku will win the middle belt. We know why. Fulani killings and Marginalisation from the government at the center. Buhari has never even won the middle belt in his life. And this time it won't be different. Buhari will lose the south east and south south. Atiku is closer to these people than Buhari.
Though Atiku has stains of corruption, but he is detrabalised. He is not a bigot, he is not a fanatic. He lived better part of his life in Lagos. So he is a refined person. He will sell in the south east and south south. But Buhari cannot sell in the south east after what he did to them in the name of python dance. How does he explain to women who have become widows and parents who have become childless?
Then for south west. Both Buhari and Atiku have battered reputation. Money, Pr and better campaign will produce the winner in south west. Atiku has the money. Atiku preaches restructuring, the south west wants restructuring. Buhari has never won Lagos, what makes you feel he will win it? The APC is in crisis in the south west. Obasanjo is a factor. Wait and see what happens there.
So nah crowd go vote on election day abi? If there is one thing that has changed in our political sphere as a nation, it is that sense of consciousness on the part of Nigerians. If you like spend the whole of CBN for campaign, use the whole of your life do political permutations, Nigerians go wisely vote for the person of their choice
Wiseandtrue: They are all equal and capable of the task.
For instance;
Atiku: helped rescue Nigeria from an antecedent which would not sit well with this country! I am talking about 3rd term bid of OBJ
Saraki: Is very experienced and dogmatic when it comes to the issue of politics. He equally rescued his State from his father as the old man won turn am to family business
Kwankwaso: Is only popular in the North! So I really don't know much about him. The few times, I have heard about him is when the northerners have issues, especially in the South, he comes to speak for them!
CORRUPTION: I don't believe that there is any politician in this current dispensation that is not corrupt! Except for a VERY few...
Are you for real? "Saraki: Is very experienced and dogmatic when it comes to the issue of politics. He equally rescued his State from his father as the old man won turn am to family business" How did he break the dynasty? You are so funny!!!
Realdeals: Mr. Femi Adesina is the Special Adviser to Nigeria’s President and Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces, Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR) on Media and Publicity.
The very eloquent and experienced media expert opened the door of his Aso Rock Villa Abuja office to Asabe Afrika TV team on Friday, July 20 as we engage him on several topics bordering on national governance, the image of his principal, political challenges across the country, the economy, security and sundry issues.
A cool, calm and collected Mr. Adesina who is a former President of Nigeria’s Guild of Editors took our questions one by one proffering adequate responses and enlightening that shone light on grey areas.
Mr. Adesina assured Nigerians that his principal Mr. Buhari is much more concerned about the predicament of countrymen and is on a passionate venture to eradicate poverty and mystery across the country.
Mr. Adesina equally shared intelligence with Asabe Afrika why Mr. Buhari deserves a second term despite wide criticism.
He went ahead to tell us why the imagined Evil Spirit that is said to be responsible for ill health and deaths inside Aso Rock is afraid of him.
His predecessor, Dr. Reuben Abati has written a famous article few months after leaving power, claiming that Aso Rock the seat of power in Abuja is full of demonic spirits that kills politicians, leaders or their spouses from time to time. He cited the experience of late General Sani Abacha, late President Umar Yar’ Adua and the near death experiences (13 surgeries) of former first lady, Dame Patience Ibifaka Jonathan.
But Mr. Adesina, the current occupant of that exalted office has a different story.
Obasanjo's wife Stella died, Umar Musa Yaradua followed, Mama Patience Jonathan needed to be flown out to treat undisclosed ailment and Buhari had to relocate to London for several months all these inside your HOLY ASO ROCK
Mandynews: This brings us to Nigeria Air, the latest iteration in the list of national air carriers. Like its name, the logo is a sort of reworking of elements from the previous air carriers. The design is more minimal that its predecessors, featuring a ribbon bearing the green-white-green colors of the national flag fluttering in the wind. If you are attentive there is an optical illusion. A white dot on the ribbon, is an eye and the ribbon flutters into the shape of an eagle. Representing a distinctively Nigerian but more functional and streamlined service..
This time, FROM6, an advertising agency from Bahrain, was in charge of design. In the Nigerian Air video debut, they describe it as one that will “take the country to new heights under our common symbol of pride – Nigeria Air.” Unlike past designs, Nigeria Air includes a tagline “bringing Nigeria closer to the world”.
Lizzysamuel: The Narcotics Control Board (NACOB) has arrested two Nigerians for attempting to traffic narcotics through the General Post Office in Accra.

FlirtyKaren: Two Nigerians in Vietnam have been sentenced to 16 and 12 years in prison duping Vietnamese women they befriended online of about $130,000.
In the judgment delivered on Monday, July 16, Ihugba Augustine Chinonso, 32, was sentenced to 16 years in prison while Onu Chinonso Peter, 33, got 12 years for "appropriating property through swindling."
The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Court has also sentenced six of their Vietnamese accomplices to between eight and 20 years in jail on the same charges and for "forging seals and documents of agencies or organizations."
In addition to the jail sentences, the defendants were required to return all the swindled money to their victims.
According to the indictment, the Nigerian men set up fake accounts on social networks, befriended Vietnamese women and promised to send them cash and expensive gifts.
Their Vietnamese accomplices then pretended to be employees from delivery companies, customs officers or police officers and demanded that the women transfer delivery fees, customs fees or fines to their bank accounts.
After each successful scam, the Vietnamese accomplices got to keep 15-25 percent of the money, while the rest was sent to Chinonso.
The gang was busted after one of their victims, Chau, reported her case to the police in February 2016.
Chau said she was befriended by a foreigner claiming to be British on Facebook in January. The man promised to send her $100,000 in cash and other expensive gifts a month later.
In early February, a woman claiming to be from a delivery company called Chau, asking her to pay a $1,200 delivery fee and a VND80 million ($3,500) customs fee for a gift from overseas, which she paid. The woman then claimed she had not received the money and had Chau send her another VND112 million.
When a man claiming to be an officer from Hanoi's economic police told her to pay a VND200 million fine as her package contained a large amount of cash, Chau became suspicious and approached the municipal police for help.
The police quickly identified and arrested the fake police officer and his wife.
Following further investigations, police uncovered the entire gang and concluded that in addition to Chau, they had also scammed another 10 women out of nearly VND3 billion ($130,000).
At the trial on Monday, most of the defendants admitted to their crimes. Chinonso, however, claimed his confession as obtained under torture. The court dismissed the claim.
I have learnt Never to underestimate the importance of vaccination in poultry. I couldn't believe my eyes watching IBD(Gumboro) wipe out my pilot layer birds(Isa brown) @ week 7 just because I kept on postponing their vaccination. 51 birds died within 24 hours
