well sleep and food is how we gain weight i guess so take your food intake down to a meal a day and sleep 4/5 hours a day and within 3mnths you will loose x amount of kilos... Hope your old enough to understand that this is unhealthy and you will gain it all back once you eat and sleep again... So don't bother.

Just make your portions smaller & eat often and drink at least 1lt of water a day. Cut your carbs down (rice, pasta, bread and Sugar intake) and Don't eat too much red meat (eat it twice a week, and chicken for the rest of the week) Meat is bad for your figure...,
Madam don't misdirect people on sleep na. Bo! U wanna lose weight. Sleep maximum 8hours every day
Your body needs to refresh and you burn calories as you sleep. So get good sleep please

Your mistake is that you went full cardio without strength training. You may have lost weight but you are not firm or bulked. Ideally, you should have done both. That's why you research before any fitness regime. No too late sha

She has every right to kill her. She became her business the moment she knowingly slept with another man's husband.

Islamically and Biblically, both have sinned. Morally, they have acted unconsciously. The concubine and the husband have acted together to break the husband's vows and trust to his wife undecided

The way some people think sef? undecided
Usually I agree with u but on this? Nah. Go after the one you signed the dotted lines with
How many women will one fight? The concubine owes no obligation to the wife.

PoliticsRe: Magistrate Arrests Woman Who Scratched Her Car, Then Sent Her To Prison (Pic) by AyeeIdris(f):
I hate falsehood. So we are supposed to believe that the magistrate hit her car and then chased herhuh? Naija wey we know? Where two car will hit and they will both Park in the middle of the road not concerning about the traffic jam they will cause. It is more plausible that the woman who just started driving in Jan hit her car and took off. It's more likely that she is being arrested for fleeing the scene of an accident (a major crime).
No way the judge was a witness and judge in her own case. No freaking way. Our judicial system is not THAT bad. The story, in my opinion, is being twisted for public sympathy.
CelebritiesRe: Psquare Saga: Peter Exposes More About The Problems Within Them In New Interview by AyeeIdris(f): 7:13am On Mar 21, 2016
ashmanpolo:
My Analysis:

Paul does virtually all the work, from writing, singing, copywriting etc. While three of them shares from the money realised.

Peter is more handsome and well built so he gets separate endorsements and doesn't share the money realised cos that's personal.

Paul looks and says "people has to know that I do all the work and I'm the brain behind Psquare yet I don't get much recognition"

Two factors are majorly the cause of their saga
MONEY
THEIR WIVES
Na wa! In your analysis, you no mention the wives. But in your conclusion, you blame the wives. See how people dey fail exam. God, may I never be blamed for the actions of my husband? As if men are babies with no common sense.....but hey blame the women, it must be their fault (just in case, sarcasm)

There is really very little to emulate in quatar and kuwait.
They are just lazy countries selling more oil than they need to and spending it on vanities and sexual perversion. And they are fortunate enough to have tiny populations too.
They are not significant nations in real terms. More like pleasure resorts for hardworking nations.
The united states, germany, UK ,France, brazil, russia , china, japan are nations that matter and they all have one thing in common- Very little islam.
I live in Qatar and you could not be more wrong. Can't speak for Kuwait.......Do you know the number of conglomerates and companies that are thriving here Cos of the relaxed tax and business friendly laws? Doha is a commercial Centre of the world. All these countries you mentioned may be popular but are plagued with more problems than you can imagine. UK that takes half your paycheck or poverty stricken Brazil..... China and Russia.....really?

"Nobody sends you so as long you obey their laws"
That is the highlight here!! Some of us, who happen to be over 60% of the population are not muslim and do not believe in islam laws and would like to be free without having to abide by islam laws. Secondly, your take is skewed because you are choosing to make an example of 3 islamic state from about 230 countries in he world.

I like evidence, and i happen to work with facts not religious prejudices. It turns out that infact of all the countries in the world, in countries that have over 30% islam population, the economic growth and prosperity is below 5% or non-existent. Developed Countries that have fully functional islamic laws, have only been successful because they have taken away the freedom of people, and people have agreed to live in oppression.
Since we are not all muslims, and do not want to be, Thank you, we would like a free democratic society, that is not led by the ideas of islam, Christianity, Judaism, Traditional worshiping, whatever, but ideas that are relevant to a modern evolutionary society, for the positive prosperity of the people living in it. We are not Islam, We do not want islam laws and we do not want islam uneducated alhajis occupying political positions.

If the muslims want to keep on having political positions, they need to go out, get a relevant degree, and learn to keep their muslim ideologies at home when they come out to do their civic duties to the people.
If you are in America, you will obey American laws. It's common sense. Nigerians are generally against homosexuality. Would you then go to America and beat up a gay guy Cos you don't like it. No. Likewise if you are in an islamic state. You follow the rules. You were the one that labeled all islamic states aside from Saudi poor and my Take is skewed, cos I gave you four other examples. How many pure muslim countries are there sef? If not for all the wars and unrest, Egypt and Libya was not doing so badly. Sadly, most of the others have been involved in crisis for so so long it's understable that their economy is in shambles. Greece and Romania have no wars yet they are doing poorly. So is it truly a religious thing?
Although your tone dey vex me, I have to agree that religion has no place in the political arena. But Nigerians vote on sentiments. some people voted Buhari Cos he was muslim; other supported GEJ Cos he was christians. Isn't it convenient how no one talks about Christian ideology when homosexuality was given fourteen years? Double standard

The denial of it is what frustrates me the most. What do you mean no one is spreading islam? Just the other day, the bill for Gender Equality and Human rights was rejected at National Assembly because a few islam senators did not want it. When did we become an islamic state? Why are our laws being debated by uneducated muslim men imposing their ideas on others?

The problem people are having with islam is this, that they expect other people to abide by islam laws. But we do not believe, or follow and islamic faith and this is a free country.

Look at all the islamic states, 98% of the middle east (except saudi) and Northern Africa,Poverty, Hunger,Women demonizations, Low GDP, Low income, Low literacy, Low life expectancy, diseases etc. Even the north in Nigeria is evident of this.

Isn't it obvious. Except Nigeria plans to be like this, i suggest we do something about this. If northerners cannot abide happily with the laws of a free democratic society understanding that people do not have to abide by their islamic laws (and do not care really), where laws are separate from religious and personal beliefs, then they will have to be cut off and merged with northern Africa.
After all on the map northern Nigeria does not exactly classify as sub-saharan africa. And they were the last region to be almagamated into the country.
We are tired of this.
Reallyhuh! Enlightenedmindhuh?? Qatar. Kuwait. Oman Bahrain. Rich countries with wonderful people and a great economy. I have lived in three of these countries and currently in one. There is a mix of everyone from American to British to Indian and Filipinos. There are clubs. There are bars. Nobody sends you so as long you obey their laws.....no public intoxication and don't harrass their women. They don't play with their women....but hey believe whatever the western media keep telling you and don't "enlighten" your mind. These Arab nations never islamize their sides and na Nigeria go islamize? And christians are the 'tolerant' ones? Ha!

I don't understand why his wife leaving him falls under what must be told must be told. It's not her fault sha. Since American paparazzi has made it 'expected' for people to be harassed just because they are public figures. That people are celebrities does not mean their private lives is now 'free for all' Before someone says that it is what they signed up for....this line has been the biggest crap that has been used to justify invading someone's privacy. A actor signs up to act and make good successful movies. A comedian tries to make sure you are entertained by his jokes. Their private life is Not anyone's business. She has mind to rake for him. O ga ooo.

That was not the original outfit. The photographer photoshopped a red dress over her Cos her clothes were too ordinary. Do your research before concluding

Dude I cannot even draw up a list of my help to others because its too much to remember but you dont see me on social media flaunting it.
In case u dont know...this is my grouse...the yeyebrity mentality is so inflated that any little thing is flashed online for their so called "fans" to see and keep "loving" them. Thats hypocrisy. ...true help is rendered in secret because that is how true blessing and appreciation comes.
It would have been better if it was the hospital that declared her good deed and not from her own mouth.

I hate doing this but let me just give u a snippet of one of my secret helps rendered. My wife was in labour at a private hospital and they brought in a 1yr old boy with 2nd degree burns all over. A candle fell on his bed and caught fire and his mom was outside while his 3 yr old older brother was with him and he alerted the mom but help came late as he was already in flames.
They had no money for admission or treatment and the little boys cries broke my heart., The doctor is my friend and he said a deposit of 50k was needed first and at the end it would cost 350k as they would do skin grafting. I wrote off that bill but besides saying it now only me, the doctor and the woman (the husband was away) knew.
If celebrities don't post their social works, people will still insult them..that they should do more for the poor. Now they post to show they are doing charity and people will still insulting them that they are showing off?

We Nigerians are highly critical and judgemental people sha.... Choi!

even if he spent a century with the books, how much be one wey e wan amount to more than four hundred thousand hard earned nairahuh okay.... let's say 3weeks of classes fees is involved is it even supposed to be up to the said amount? abegi..... OP Threaten them back..... send their books back....
Imagine this in a business setting. You enter into a contract for someone to build a house for you. You give him materials. He starts and complains of difficulty in the project but he does not tell you he is nor doing it again. A year later, you return and see that nothing is done. You either ask that he complete or compensate you for time wasted. And he says he doesn't owe you anything but will return your materialshuh You go vex na.
The school is a business. The books could have gone to a paying student. That the op chose not to continue is not their problem. The contract is valid. Hopefully, he can work out a settlement with them. But money he shall have to pay

You took their books. What did you think? You can't just stop and expect it to be over. The proper thing to have done is inform them on your decision to no longer continue the program and then ask the procedure. You can't just sit out a year with their property and expect things to be fine.
Can they come after you for the money? You need to study their regulations. I know that they can blacklist you from being able to apply for any foreign program again. Handle this with tact. You are in the wrong here
