I agree totally that some citizens are wired for suffering. Same APC that has made life unbearable for them, they are chanting to eulogize their oppressors. This phase shall surely pass
ycat: Tinubu is still the best for Yoruba. We didn't want a puppet that would be useless to himself and to Yoruba. You would have found fault with anyone Yoruba put forward that the cabal can't control, Tinubu is the Yoruba candidate.
Had Osinbajo emerged, just know that he will depleted Obi's votes in the south.
If not anything, Osinbajo will secure southwest.
APC governors have lost touch with reality, they think everything is by money. It's why they followed Tinubu during primaries, now let's see how that money can help them win when federal might is gone.
Tinubu is unsellable, it doesn't matter the amount of money that you offer, people won't buy him. Osinbajo is far more sellable.
Now because of Tinubu's huge ego, talking anyhow, he has falling out with Aso Rock. The federal might advantage is gone. Damn, it's finished.
Tinubu because of his bad personality cannot even secure southwest comfortably. Tinubu's supporters don't understand something, Nigeria is not Lagos. Tinubu can be your boss in Lagos but in Nigeria, it's more complex. Nobody listens to Baba sope here.
You cannot keep harrasing everyone and insulting them. We will humble your Lagos landlord on the 25th. We go humble am and even take Lagos from him.
His days of becoming a democratic dictator is coming to an end.
Tinubu wasn't the best Yorubas could have offered but because of money and greed, they brought a dying vegetable with a very bad reputation and leaking mouth who's totally unsellable. To add salt on injury, they went for Muslim-Muslim ticket.
Lessons will be learnt
Copied
Read and digest without sentiments I come in peace

ycat: It's clear that Yoruba will never be allowed to participate in Nigeria's democracy. Yoruba is the engine that runs Nigeria and the financial bone of the country. If you take Yorubaland out of Nigeria, the country will collapse and turn to Venezuela on steroids, a country with oil but you can't see a rat, cat or dog because they have eaten all of them out of hunger. Yorubaland put Nigeria in the map and the only face Nigeria has. So why is the plot to stop Yoruba from ever ruling Nigeria is this bold? Well, it's because we have accepted everything thrown our way, the fear of dying has crippled us so much that we are not holding our own down. They say people who haven't found something to die for, have no purpose to live for, what about yourselves and your children? Aren't they worth fighting for? Buhari put an igbo police to control Yorubaland during elections, he wants to rig the elections against Tinubu. They want to rig the elections against Yoruba again. Don't you know that the only reason they are afraid of Tinubu is because he's a real Yoruba man(unlike Obasanjo, an igbo man they call Yoruba to deceive you) and will work against them and do the right thing for Nigeria with total equity? He won't rob peter to pay paul, he will let every region retain what it generates, how is this bad if Nigerians are honest? The first thread about the new police commissioner in Lagos has been locked, I wonder why! This is a new war they have brought to your doorstep, are you going to just look like baboons lying down again? Where in the world do you provide money for food and you are the one going hungry? If these foreign police who don't speak the language of the land that your mothers and grandmothers understand are not raping your children, they're killing your youths. How long are you going to accept these assaults? You are already at war and people die only once. Do we still have alpha males and females in Yorubaland? If we don't, at least let's make some noise and get the attention of the weapon sellers to correct this injustice against Yoruba and hopefully some war mercenaries to help us. As Ukraine wraps up, they are going to need somewhere to go, in our case, it will be a different kind of emotion on people, owing that we are fighting for our survival as a people on our soil. Between our cousins in Togo, Benin and beyond, the victory will be ours. But first we must start somewhere.
Yoruba power players got it wrong when they brought forth Tinubu. Is was the biggest mistake which they will pay dearly for.
While speaking at another rally in Calabar, the Cross River capital after his campaign rally in Awka, Anambra, Tinubu said the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) could not provide electricity to roast boli and corn while it was in power for 16 years.
The former governor of Lagos also said Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the PDP, would sell government assets for himself if elected.
“Don’t mind PDP and their lies of 16 years, they cannot even provide electricity to roast boli. They can’t provide electricity to roast corn. They keep on lying.
“They say privatisation, privatisation into Atiku’s pocket. We say that’s the end of that,” he said.
Tinubu's eight years in Lagos state was because of Tinubu's pocket. He should go and sit down. He should clarify the information that ATIKU was once a Senate President?
Burdenbearer: Hi, Nairalanders. I just met a lady who is a virgin and over 40. She is older than i am and she is financial independent. She is nice, caring and generous. She has a place of her own. LegendHero: If I am not wrong, I think based on the new electoral law, when the case is not a pre-election matter, it ends at the appeal court for governorship election cases. Only the presidential election can get to supreme court in this scenario. I might be wrong but that is my belief from what I read when the law came out if I still remember well.
This Osun case is an Election tribunal matter. Post election.
Your belief is not the law. The case ends in Supreme country.
HajiMT: Congratulations Governor Oyetola. Thank God an unfit person has been sent back home. Someone that was not even engaged to manage any of his brother’s businesses. We Osun indigenes really thank God
Funny dude
This is just the first stage Two hurdles to still cross.(Appeal and Supreme still dey) Don't rejoice too early
shuttox: Can someone pls remind Tinubu that his APC is the one currently in charge of our fuel, naira etc.
So do we now say Tinubu is on the same page with us the opposition that APC have failed woefully and should not be rewarded with another term....??
🤣🤣🤫🤣🤣🤣
Or his campaign is deliberately avoiding the last 7½ yrs while purely focusing on Nigeria 1999 - 2015 🤷🤷🤷🤷
Voting Tinubu will be dangerous and consequential Tinubu who packaged Buhari and gave us His greed will make another notherner to rule us He has failed
sarrki: Having realised that there is no path to victory in next month general election, the campaign council of the Labour Party Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi, is already considering how the former Anambra State Governor will step down for Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party candidate.
WesternPost exclusively gathered from top officials of the Peter Obi campaign team that many of the associates of the Labour Party candidate and advisers have come to the realisation that the coming election is going to be a straight fight between APC and PDP.
Our correspondent gathered that key officers of Labour Party Presidential Campaign Council met on Monday at top hotel in Abuja where they reviewed the state of their campaign so far and the prospect of Peter Obi following the emerging realities and lack of ground enthusiasm to Peter Obi from his campaign stops in the North and South West.
Peter Obi and his running mate, Yusuf Datti-Ahmed have been welcome by almost empty stadia at his rallies so far which is a clear indication that his presidential bid lacks steam with real voters. The Labour Party candidate has carried on so far largely based on social media energy of many active young people on Twitter and Facebook.
A top source who is in the know told WesternPost that apart from the reality of winning the election hitting home there is serious in-fighting in Obi’s camp where many of the vocal campaign officials are all jostling for relevance and protecting their territories.
At the meeting that took place in Abuja on Monday, our source revealed that Valentine Ozigbo, PDP candidate in last Anambra State Governorship election and Peter Obi’s protege and Ndi Kato, a Spokesperson of the Labour Party Campaign Council agreed that their party and candidate do not have the number to win with a state by state analysis of the electoral map.
The meeting analysed Atiku’s chances and the relationship of the PDP candidate and Peter Obi. The Labour Party candidate was the running mate to Atiku in 2019 Presidential election won by President Muhammadu Buhari and APC.
According to our source: “Peter Obi and his people are planning to align with Atiku in the coming election. Key officers of Peter Obi’s team met yesterday in Abuja. They were analysing Atiku’s chances. There is some realization in the Obi camp that they can’t win and want to align. They mentioned how North-East will be split, that Sokoto Governor, the Director-General of Atiku’s Campaign Council won by his own second term election with 200 votes and can’t guarantee the state Atiku the votes from Sokoto. For them it is better to work with Atiku to win instead of dissipating South East votes which Obi can get on Igbo sentiments but will not be anywhere near winning the presidential election.”
The also also revealed that Obi’s team postponed the Labour Party rally in Adamawa State which is Atiku’s home state in view of the possible alignment talks between PDP and LP.
On the in-fighting within Obi’s camp, our source said Ndi Kato and Aisha Yesufu, an activist who gained national prominence on the back of the Bring Back Our Girls Campaign and now one of Obi’s main backers don’t see eye to eye. The two women fell out over issues of money.
“Ndi and Aisha Yesufu are having very bad fight over money and some personal stuffs,” our source said
