It is games that take that much Data, the previous screenshot I shared was from this morning, and now that I checked.

I am installing COD 310gb, Fallout 4 80 gb

haybhi1:
>1.0 Tb? You people know what we don't. It couldn't be just games. I so want to learn.

4 Adults ( 2 working from home), Netflix, Prime, ShowMax. Xbox GamePass.

>1.0 Tb? You people know what we don't. It couldn't be just games. I so want to learn.

Boss, go for the Series X or S, I have the Xbox One S, although because I have Ultimate I can stream those games that cannot be installed on the One S. It's Expensive but worth it.

ibawon:
Men dey Para. I'm awaiting my XBOX. Gamepass go suffer!

LOL

faceland:
Is it humanly possible to use 800+ GB in a month? What are you streaming or downloading?

Anyway, to each their own. The lack of portability is a big no for me... If I want to run an internet/media/cafe company, that would be perfect for employees at location.

I just checked my usage, I do not think I would have been able to do this with a Nigerian ISP.

Almost all hardware devices can be bricked when the update process is interrupted.

Using Starlink primarily on Nepa without UPS can be a hellish experience, especially if you live in Band C areas. My scare now is a direct lightning strike, because I have it so high up on a metal pole.

jmaine:
Hello guys.. So you all have UPS to avoid power cut during starlink updates..

Heard power cuts during updates could prove fatal to the starlink kit...

I have an inverter system currently, we all know how unreliable our Discos are if the mains are on.

What are your experiences please ?

2.5KWH Lithium battery + 2kva Hybrid inverter should fit that budget.

My current setup is 1.5KwH + 1kva SMS Hybrid and my load is typically on battery with my Starlink. + TV + Fan and lightning points about 260W. It lasts about 7 hours. There's mostly always electricity from the grid 15 plus hours, my setup is more like a UPS.

adimonyechidi:
did you say 1m what setup is that. I'm interested in that.

It's a bit unnerving to you as the buyer I agree. However, to each their own.

Disclaimer - This morning I just got a 25k off a product that he publicly stated the price for others. I have bought / still buying several products from the seller FutureFocus.

The seller's objective is to maximize his profits, and the buyer's goal is to get it for as cheap as possible. You might see it as an inconvenience to surrender the initiative by being unable to negotiate or compare how others value the item to price it better.

This is the method FutureFocus has chosen to control, he is notorious for blocking you if you keep asking for the price without buying anything. He can also help you queue an item for months without picking it up and sometimes allows you to pay installmentally.

So you can either disparage him like others, but if you want an item on a good deal, even force him to import a specific item for you when it has been exhausted, or even depending on the relationship, get him to sell you at a super discounted price, ask him for price and store his contact as "FutureFocus Weird Gadgets".

What is my own in all this? Any price anyone chooses to sell their products or however they wish to advertise it, they should. And he's a good person, at least from my small transactions with him.

iamoyindamola:
I honestly don’t understand too
Like I should go through the stress of chatting and waiting for response when he can just drop the price and if I can afford it or not

ibietela2:
Na so I damage my replacement cable.

LOL, you will understand.

GoodBoi1:
I thought they said starlink doesn't perform well when it rains. It has been cloudy and also some rain since yesterday but I am still getting good internet speeds

What do you mean it goes to sleep?
If you live in proximity to Alaba, you should take it there. They have technicians on ground to help you.

bbally:
Good morning guys, please am in a kind of issue with my SMS hybrid inverter as am experiencing that the inverter goes to sleep often these days. Most of the time I have to do like hard reset by switching off the breaker between the inverter and solar panels if not it just stay below 30v but when I do the reset, the input panel voltage goes to 240+.
Those using this type of inverter, are you experiencing same or it's just my inverter.
I also noticed that when I switched the breaker to off, it hiss like when a drink gas out when you open the cover.
I have also swapped breaker and it's still the same experience.
Please note that all these started lately..
I NEED EXPERT OPINIONS OR POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

I don't think you should change anything. Read your manual, there is already a setting for AGM and FLD.
If you are changing anything, you should read your battery manual to know what values to set.
I asked my battery builder for mine.

iabdulrazaq:
Please what settings should I change on my 2kva 12v using 1 tubular battery 220ah 12v

Yes it does. The manual has the instructions. I use it for my LiFePo battery. I had to configure some settings myself.
Mine is a 12v 1kva unit.

Send back the new cable?

QuoteJust1nce:
In my case, from roof into a trunk down the side of the building to ground floor. The into drilled hole; out the sitting room tv console.
75foot cable finish; had only about 5 inches of slack left. The replacement Starlink is sending is coming with a 50-foot cable. I am still thinking of the magic to avoid paying 87k for a longer cable or relocating the router to the first floor.

Big man, unfortunately, I am in Lagos o. How much is this and what is wrong with the AC, fixable?

gambus007:
I have a Golf 5 Rabbit with a 2.5-liter engine, located in Abuja. It's available for inspection if you're in Abuja. The 2.5-liter engine is quite powerful.Note: AC is not working.

No, it would not power your Starlink for more than 14 hours at most.

My reasoning, during startup, the Starlink consumes about 70-110w from my observations.

When it has acquired signal and it is working, provided you have turned heating off, because it comes on when it rains, you should be consuming between 35-60w.

The battery you are planing to buy is not up to 800wh, and your estimated load is about 60w. 800/60 gives you an ETA of how long theoretically it would last.

If you have solid electricity and you are planning to leave the power station connected to the grid (which in your situation you are against) you could stretch it out to an all day backup system.

No, it won't damage the system, the router uses as low as 100v input

Koko254:
Thanks, this the power station I tend to buy,

For those saying why would I turn off my solar when I'm not at home, I don't understand should I leave my solar on if I'm out, spending a day or two outside, I leave alone, not married, nothing in my refrigerator

I will not be comfortable where I'm, when I'm going to spend the weekend outside, I turn off everything in my house. Money to buy the power station is not an issue, I just want to be sure if it can power it and not damage the hardware, and if the ecoflow power station can power it for like a day or two

2. Ahmed Bola Tinubu, Lagos State.
3. Ahmed Sani Yerima, Zamfara State.
4. George Akume, Benue State and

b) Bola Ahmed Tinubu = President of Nigeria.

Shockingly, the then EFCC Chairman, Mal. Nuhu Ribadu, who made presented the list but failed to prosecute them, Is now the National Security Adviser, appointed by President Tinubu..

That Senate Is currently headed by another EFCC suspect, Senator Godswill Akpabio.

Am currently working on converting tricycles from fuel to electric with solar charging option. Is there anyone working on something similar?

FutureFocus has over time explained why he does not post prices or meet you.
If you are interested in his product, you contact him.
For you to call him a thief because the way he conducts his business does not seem sane to you is quite unfair and you should take back the accusation or insult.
For as long as he has been on this thread none of his buyers have called him out for any fraudulent dealings or complaints.

victorbass1234:
Lmao.
Thief.
Why is it so difficult to put a price.
Last week it’s one over four of the market. Price.

Today it’s one over three.
You can’t put your price in NAIRA ?

Ah! We are in the same shoes. Or formerly in the same shoes lool.
Airtel does not work anytime after 6pm, what I realized was that there is a correlation between when people are at home and the network speeds.

I kept running into issues where I would have download speeds of 14KBps, and their support would tell me to restart my router. I fled for my life.

ibietela2:
I don contact support sha, make I hear wetin dem go talk... may 23 to 29? Once it gets to 8PM my MTN which is not even usable before gets worse

It won't take that long. Ma 4.
And I think your fears are valid. People are having issues adding their cards to it.
