BondRiv:
Go through the grounds of impeachment as set out by the lawmakers and tell me which one Fubara is innocent of. He did all those things they outlined.

The Supreme Court indicted him and referred to him as a despot. Should a despot be allowed to remain as a governor in a democracy? The Supreme Court indirectly told the lawmakers to impeach him.

Christianity EtcRe: Most Tattooed Man In Brazil Finds Jesus, Undergoes Painful Laser Removal(Photos) by ayoncox: 9:32am On Jan 11
MaxInDHouse:
If he truly accepted Jesus as Lord those tattoos in his body would have helped a lot to convert many interested persons because they serve as real evidence that he was once a gangster so by the time he is preaching most people who wants to stop their children from becoming a cult member or gangster will invite him to come and convince their children on reasons why such doesn't bring happiness.

If he was happy being a gangster would he have subjected himself to Christ Jesus?

Well that's our own way of reasoning a former gangster also became one of us but he was always sad seeing all these tattoos in his body so he said:

"I wish i could turn back the hands of time"

He kept regretting not until he met a young upcoming gangster who knew him back then in the streets while preaching from house to house.

This young man immediately accepted a free home Bible study.

WHY?

He said this newly converted believer was his role model but he tried to find him so as to learn from him only to see him now at his door preaching and teaching about God's Kingdom!

Of course if the tattoos has been removed he couldn't have recognized his former role model because it's those tattoos that makes him looks real! 😟
There is a demon casting pastor in US full of tattoos and rings e no remove am

PoliticsRe: New Tax Laws: 'You Misunderstood The Policy Intent' - Oyedele replies KPMG by ayoncox: 6:34pm On Jan 10
Putindbutt:
Mr Oyedele, Nigeria does not deserve you.

The likes of KPMG and other armchair economists predicted increase in inflation, declined GDP growth, weaker naira value, etc in 2025 but at the end of 2025, they were all disappointed.

I can't understand why wailers and Bitter Obidients who are majorly economic illiterates with little understanding of the tax laws. Most of them fall into the category of poor Nigerians which the tax reforms is aimed at protecting. Yet these average wailers are the ones crying the most on the behalf of the rich and wealthy who will be paying more.

They go about spreading misinformation about the tax law that some traders are starting to increase their prices even when no VAT are paid on food items or utilities. How can you deliberately be wicked to yourselves because of hate.

If you asked them to point out ONE new tax or increase in tax the new tax law has introduced, these wailers and Bitter Obidients would not be able to point out ANY. Yet they're crying over what will benefit the poor.

All this campaign and tears of yours will never win you elections. As you failed in 2023, you will fail again in 2027.
Oyedele is a star at PwC, KPMG want to gain influence because that is where they make their annual revenue across the globe. It's quite funny sha

PoliticsRe: Jim Ovia Touts N20m Zenith Bank Startup While Ignoring Steep Barrier To Entry by ayoncox: 8:04am On Jan 10
SmartPolician:
I'm not sure I understand what this writer is arguing about, but Nigeria doesn't need many banks; Nigeria needs a few strong banks that can help local businesses grow. BTW, every era has a window of opportunity. Jim Ovia, Tony Elumelu, Wigwe, etc. took a bold step to launch their own banks in their prime.

What that generation never had that we have today is a vibrant internet that shatters geographic barriers to give people opportunities. Opportunities are only diminishing in Nigeria, but the internet is giving us access to cross-border financing (grants and loans), working for remote companies (earning foreign currency) and even making lots of money from online content creation
Then you can start a bank after 10 to 15 Years now it's 25 to 30 years of being in the banking sector

Can an NGO award a 15 trillion naira project to Lagos?
Is the 15 Trillion Naira his money, how much of it will be gain from it, how much of his own money has he spent of developing others before desiring to be President, how many people beyond his ethnicity has he raised. Like I said the main reason they seek for the Presidency is for their selfish lust

Do you know how many door will open when you become president,
ARE NGOs all about money? Was he not a former Governor and Minister as you said? What about his political relevance, why can't he use it to turn around just Kano State instead of contesting?
The Doors that will open, the question is to whose gain, will the masses eventually be the gainers or him and his allies.

The idea of becoming president is often for selfish gains purported as beneficial for the masses. It is what it is

After printing the LG logo on the body of the TV, will they also get LG software to install on the inside of the TV as it's OS because that is where the main job is not just on printing the logo on the body.

And for this crying up there, this is what made China whatever they are today and they are still doing it.

Any brand or product you want to replicate in China or produce the counterfeit, it is being done in China and the whole world know about it and heaven haven't fell, so why the cry? cheesy
the funny part is that, that part is even easy to be done if they have someone that is good at setting up Android Firmwares
PoliticsRe: An Open Letter To Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso by ayoncox: 7:05am On Jan 10
It's not up to him, it's up to Nigerians to vote anyone they chose. But I often ask what exactly are they looking for in the Presidency, why can't they setup NGOs and continue making impacts if not that they are after self interests, they all and their stooges

Good day Nairaland family,
I am a Geology graduate of FUTMINNA, recently completed and awaiting NYSC mobilization. I am seeking recommendations for good PPAs where I can gain relevant professional experience as a Geologist. I would also appreciate advice or assistance on securing a PPA request letter before camp.
Any guidance or referrals will be greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless.
Graduated from FUTMINNA more than 10 years ago, please don't fall for the trap of to get PPA or NYSC posting you, it's a trap that all generations have repeatedly fall into. Do your research, look for the best companies in your field even if they are Oil and Gas (write the CEO or HRM a letter seeking for internship or volunteering role), let that be the basis of your NYSC posting, else the service year will just be for fun without any relevant benefits, don't commit your career destiny into the hands of NYSC officials and don't wait for anyone reach out to as many as possible by yourself, wishing you best of success

Exactly my point, this Abacha is Oku Olomo person, about 28 years after his death, he still remembers us generously, this should be a lesson for Gowon, Obasanjo, Babangida, Abdulsalam, Jonathan and Bola Tinubu (I trust him, jeun soke)
Lest I forget, demand notices should be sent to Tafawa Balewa, Nnamdi Azikiwe,, Muritala, Shagari, Shonekan, Yaradua and Buhari, that Nigerians are still expecting their credit alerts.
I think those ones stole more intelligently because they aren't profiled as dictators

Nice initiative.
Nigeria has never been bereft of good projects.
Maintaining these infrastructure is the bane of the society.

Abia has been bereft of that since 1999

The lily livered Nigerian populace can never replicate this kind of protest against their rogue leaders.

Their own is to whine pussyfoot on social media, and throw brickbats at each other ethnic wise.

Fela had wisely perceive their timidity, and sang: "My people dem dey fear too much...".
The main issue is not being Lilly livered but ethnical and religious bigotry, what do you expect from a country having about 600 Ethnicities whose mind have been colonised and programmed to flow with divide and rule

This guy is not lazy at all.
He genuinely tries.

Last year, he paid for a crypto course.
Watched the videos for about two weeks.
Got confused.
Then stopped.

A few months later, he heard graphic design was paying.
Downloaded Canva.
Designed some flyers.
Posted them on WhatsApp.
No client showed interest.
He got discouraged and dropped it.

This year again, someone added him to an affiliate group.
Same pattern.
Small excitement.
Big expectations.
Then silence.

Today, we are still talking about:
– rent
– bills

That’s when it hit me…
It’s not that people are lazy.
We just don’t stay long enough on one thing to see results.

What do you think?
Making it financially is beyond learning those things but meeting people and understanding human behaviour and using the understanding to your benefits, you may not even know jack about a thing but if you are good at reading humans and navigating their thoughts to your benefits then you won't be broke that is what Religious and Political Leaders rely on to livr
PoliticsRe: We Still Pray To God For An Igbo President - Nwobodo Speaks As Peter Obi Visits by ayoncox: 9:45am On Jan 08
There is no difference between Peter Obi, Tinubu, Atiku and their contemporaries. They are aiming for the seats to add the title President to their names. They are always the best choices until they get there and the people continue the cycle of regrets. The stability we aim for lies in the network of the younger ones. Peter Obi is a master of persuasion, but I don't see as different from Buhari and Tinubu.

Start taking yourself seriously, register in a gym centre and work on your physical posture, have a book list, learn everything that will make you highly valuable, focus on yourself. Instead of having girlfriend focus on having many ladies as friend and interview them to pick your best option. Meanwhile its not profitable to put your life around wooing a lady

InvestmentRe: Can I Survive In Nigeria If I Make $10 Daily - My Wife Included by ayoncox: 10:00am On Jan 06
Episode22:
Hello Nairalanders,

Please, I’ll keep this brief and straight to the point.

I need honest opinions and practical advice.
Can someone realistically survive in Nigeria on a daily income of $10?. I work from home.

If no, please explain why.

If yes, I’d appreciate a clear strategy—how to manage it, possible business ideas, and how one could grow beyond that income level.

For context, I currently earn $10 daily online from my blog, and on some days $13.

If this income is not sustainable in the long run, I genuinely want to know so I can plan better and make informed decisions.

Constructive advice only, please.

Moderators, kindly assist with visibility. Thank you.
What is bad if you open like 9 more of that for other niches and employ people to manage it to increase your earnings
InvestmentRe: Investment Suggestions! by ayoncox: 9:56am On Jan 06

Please guys, I want to devote this thread to investment guidance by investment gurus on this forum.

As year 2025 is winding down and year 2026 is fast approaching, it'll be nice for us to share investment guidance for those who would like to make profitable investments from January to benefit.

Please any suggestions you're making for us should be based on a sound knowledge of the sector you want us to invest in. Please scammers and jjcs should steer clear of this thread... thanks

Seun, please support this thread so that those of us that have become accustomed to your forum would also benefit financially by being properly guided on what to invest in.
Some of us have some spare cash we wouldn't want to spend during the Christmas celebration but would like to invest same as we return from Christmas.

So guys, please suggest. Your suggestions could be stocks, crypto or even any business you think would be worth investing in. Thanks as you suggest.
Dangote Refinery would soon be doing its IPO, go and register with a very stock broking firm and buy at launch and sell within first 48 hours, then you can rinse and repeat. You can as well go for commercial papers of the likes of Dangote Cement among others.
Alternatively you can invest in digital projects that create Cashflow for users, last year I mastered how to fork Bitcoin and grow its value but it requires a network of people, if we can get 1000 persons that can commit like 5,000 to 10,000 naira across a period of 1 to 3 years to such a project it will make lots of success, but you know, Nigerians are often interested in quick returns.

For me I am creating a social network after Facebook shutdown my account, it's multipurpose but will begin for Nigerians alone, I am modelling it to have concepts adopted from Big Brother Naija (but digital version only) for raising funds for stabilisation of the project, engineering, server expansion and marketing. I will like to get investors as I am looking at floating a company for it in the USA or Estonia for future expansion to other countries, if you are interested you can chat me up on 08089456258
