HERE IS THE ANALYSIS:

Northern Nigeria has 19 states and 19 governors. Out of these, 10 governors are Fulanis, while the remaining 9 governors represent over 300 other ethnic groups in the region.

Now, consider this:
The Hausa ethnic group, with a population of over 66 million according to World Atlas—that’s over 55% of the entire Northern population—has no single governor.

All their states are ruled by Fulanis, who have a population of just 13 million, barely 11% of the Northern population.

Nigeria is composed of three major ethnic groups: Hausa, Yoruba, and Igbo with Hausas having the largest population.

Yoruba have 6 governors,

Igbo have 5 governors,

But Hausas have not even one—because the Fulanis have politically and strategically enclaved them.

With this arrangement, why won't the Fulani bandits k!ll, maim and rape Hausa and other tribes peacefully and wantonly with utmost impunity?

The Hausas accepted the Fulanis peacefully, embracing them due to shared religious beliefs. But eventually, their traditional rulers were eliminated, and a Fulani oligarchy was installed.

Today, the political leadership of the Hausas is no longer theirs. Are simply reduced to beggars and gate keepers. They are robbed of even education.

Hausas have become tools in the hands of Fulanis during elections. They are mere shadows in their own land, despite their numbers.

Currently they are going through unimaginable hardship, and those of us who understand the Hausa language know the kind of lamentations that are voicing daily.

It's so funny that even Kanuri people are wiser than them. They never allow Fulanis to conquer Borno and Yobe State. That's why they can still raise their head up in their own land.

This conquest is not coincidence—it is an agenda.
They have already succeeded in Kwara and Nasarawa States—both in the Middle Belt—and are tactically spreading their tentacles to other States in our religion and extending down to the south.

This agenda has been in motion for over 200 years.

Just recently, it was funny that Benue traditional leaders, instead of acting decisively, were holding peace meetings with the same people everyone knows will never honor such peace.

You cannot negotiate peace with someone who is intentional about hurting you.
You cannot negotiate with terrorists.

Once they settle in your community, their next move is to seize your traditional and political leadership, and eventually, they will seek to erase your identity and history.

I wish you were my Osun State governor during Aregbesola's term. He told the local government staff that they must reduce workforce because he can not afford to pay everyone, but the staff did not agree. "How can we sack staff when local government pay is all an entire extended family may have to live on?" They asked. So they negotiated that he pay the half he could afford, and when things get better he can pay what he owes.

Aregbe paid half salary for a few months, and then started paying half every two months and sometimes every three till he left as governor. You should have seen the poverty that swept my own home town.

(Note, this needs confirmation please). While the APC government Adeleke took over from paid half wages every three months.

Most of these guys are not smart or they lack result oriented team and strategist, they are always waiting till election they use magic wands unknown to them that their opponents are well prepared to use their errors against them. If I were to be governor of the state, I will look at the track record of salary payments since 1999 with my team, I will add an extra even if it's just 0.5% or 1% to the salary and create a trust fund from it, for example I can say 5% of our allocation goes into it and I will pass it into law. Then I will reach out to the leadership of the civil service and tell them that if they and their team can achieve an economic target that can boost the states economy I will add 4% increase to their salaries. For the local government I will also create a purse (fund) for their development from the allocation from the federal government use same strategies again. Then ensure that my team pull in investment from local and international investors and have an agreement that there will tax rebates if they come in to invest and also supports the development funds.

I am single and living in my personally built house (4 bedroom bungalow) somewhere in Ogun State at the moment.

As part of my investment drive, I currently have an on-going housing project somewhere in Kware State. The housing project is a-10 self-contained rooms with a big shop and a security post at the front. The plan is to rent out the house/rooms entirely to students as HOSTEL (as it is situated in a relatively densely populated town that is behind a popular tertiary institution), while I intend running a mini-mart with the big shop at the front.

I just resigned from my job with the plan of running my own audit firm (I'm a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria)

The issue now is that the housing project in Kwara State is about 70% work done, and obviously need more money for completion, which I presently don't have.

I am now thinking of selling my house (residential building) in Ogun State and then use the proceed to complete the project in Kwara State (commercial building).

Please note the following:

- If I sell the house in Ogun State, I have a room at our family house in Lagos State that I am presently staying as well anytime am in Lagos. Also, I can also stay at a room at my mom's personal house somewhere in Ogun State;

- Right besides the housing project in Kwara State lies another plot of land that I am yet to develop as well.

- believe If am able to sell the house in Ogun State, I would easily complete the commercial housing project in Kwara State and even develop the other plot of land besides it for either another commercial or residential house from it's future rent.

- I have the plan of relocating/settling down in that part of Kwara State from my present states of residence - Lagos/Ogun.

Meanwhile if you are relocating to Kwara its not bad you sell your house but don't make it a top priority, ensure you sell it at a good rate. Also I won't advise you to use all the fund you earn to complete the house, if not that you have gone so far in the rental development I won't advise it, but it's okay since it's for students. Your priority should be completed 50 to 60% and rent out then use part of the rent to complete another 10 to 20% . You know housing for rental is a long term thing that might take you 7 to 10 years to recoup your money except you sell it. Since you said you are a chartered accountant, I will suggest you take consultancy as a business seriously with it you will generate good funds for completing the house in Ilorin, so even if you sell the house in Ogun State, just push 50% into the Ilorin project and ensure you buy another land no matter how cheap it is as a replacement for the selling of the Ogun house, ensure you stay liquid and plan out something that can pull in traction of income. just my opinion
