la furia: i quite understand and agree with d point from d southerners but i ask how do we address d frequent clashes btw farmers and cattle rearers. D southerners cant pretend not to want cattle meat thoug fish might do. D north dont hv enough grassland to cater for the cattles and goin to d southern part becomes a neccesity. Was thinkin d fulanis could be made 2 pay tax to d host community. If d bill gets thrown out, d fulanis wud continue wt d prblm becous no law says they cant graze anywhere.
