How can school proprietors ignore the call of a governor for a round table pally on the way forward for secondary education in Rivers state? If they think their connections would save them , then thy have another think coming. He should keep them closed till they learn their lessons.

So shutting down the schools and putting the education of thousands of children in jeopardy is the best solution.
