Politics › Re: Which Nigerian State Can Surpass Lagos In Terms Of Development In The Future? by ba7man(m): 3:28pm On Dec 22, 2016
soulpeppersoup:
Vision can do it. Even Lagos has not articulated vision. It is just a product of accidental fortune. Nigeria as a whole lack vision for development.

If I may ask, what is Lagos vision for the next 10 year with realistic goals.
Projects like Eko Atlantic, Lekki free trade zone, Badagry port, 4th mainland bridge, Lekki sea. Port and the light rain project from Badagry to the Island should give you a clear picture of the future of the state.
Politics › Re: $1.6 Billion Malabu Oil Deal: I Acted On Jonathan’s Instruction – Adoke by ba7man(m): 3:10pm On Dec 22, 2016
The "Hero" of corruption again.

The high oil prices during his tenure was the only reason why people are thinking his administration was sucessful.

His administration shares so many similarities with the MMM scheme.......you think you're making it big till the bottom crashes.

Too bad Buhari is clueless on how to clean his mess.
Politics › Re: New Lagos Pedestrian bridge ..FIRST OF ITS KIND IN AFRICA(photos) by ba7man(m): 6:50am On Dec 22, 2016
Rossikki:
Shouldn't this man be more concerned about getting that sand off the streets and adding covered drains and sidewalks to the streets? That's what we call Change, not some fancy bridge.
And when the old pedestrian bridge collapses due to excess stress from users or people get knocked down by cars while crossing the road.......at least their bodies will be on a road without sand.

They celebrate their thieves, tinubu, buhari, obasanjo, danjuma but they will insult Niger deltans for celebrating Ibori... . Celebrate ur thieves and allow us celebrate our own James.
People celebrate Tinubu because he's the architect of the reforms that made Lagos the most economically viable state in Nigeria and he's the foundation of APC , the party that toppled PDP.

People celebrate Buhari because he's making effort to fight corruption.

People celebrate Obasanjo because during his tenure, he got Nigeria out of debt, grew our national reserves to record amount, he undertook policies eg Bank recapitalization and introduction of GSM , which greatly improved the economy.

Frankly, I've never heard of anyone celebrating T.Y Danjuma.

.......So why do you guys celebrate Ibori?

As a guy said on this forum' even an idiot can rule Lagos cos of the money. Let him govern Ekiti or Osun & see how he will perform.
So why are Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta and their likes richer than Lagos, have far lesser population, less urban sprawl to maintain but are still underperforming compared to Lagos?

Why do these people love to take pics on Bourdillon as if they expect Tinubu to rush out of his gate to start an arguement with them?

Ignorance is when you attribute Lagos position as the financial hub of Nigeria to Tinubu's doing.

Did Tinubu or any of his followup stooges build Lagos port, Lagos airport, third mainland bridge, etc?

Bloody liars
Ok....I get it. I know your kind.

You're one of those unexposed individuals that have internet access to spread ignorance online.

Bye.

I leave his case to his pastor.

@ Topic. I believe its best Ibori doesn't return too soon, we already have enough criminal minded, millitancy encouraging Niger Delta leaders already.

Best he doesn't add himself to the mix.

Here you come with bogus claims again.

Oil and not Tinubu made Lagos.

If Lagos is so financially and economically relevant why is nobody looking to Lagos to rescue the economy? Why is Kebbi rice farming viewed more than lagos
Wow........so much ignorance in one post.

This one's redemption is beyond me.

Far better than that kleptomaniac d0pe head and convicted drug trafficker you worship in Oduastan Emirate
That kleptomaniac, dope head, convicted drug trafficker created the foundation that has made Lagos state the 5th largest economy in Africa.

Please tell us how Ibori is better than him.

See them.....thanks to MMM they now know the word "ponzi" for the first time so over-using it for contexts they have no idea of is their next move.

.........Same way they did with the word "propaganda".
Politics › Re: Why Is Jailbird James Ibori Celebrated In His Homeland? by ba7man(m): 6:11pm On Dec 17, 2016

For now the plan has not been dimensioned and not grid yet. This is just a first draft to which modifications will be made. So, what do you think?
Made a few notes.

Will be back again to go through the plan.

Major observation for now is...... You'll need a larger kitchen and dinning.
Properties › Re: Architects: What Is Wrong With This Preliminary Draft by ba7man(m):
What's the grid size?

Need to confirm if the dining and kitchen are big enough.

by recessing the Window between the Guest bedroom and the room at the extreme a bit more, the Guest bedroom can have a strip window introduced in that area for cross ventilation.

Living room also needs a focal point ( Flat wall to an extent where Tv and such can hang in line with the sitting arrangement.

Tell your Architect to include furniture arrangements.

At least rooms are cross ventilated.

Move the main entrance door to the wall shared with the w/c (Guest toilet I believe). It creates more usable space within and directs traffic better............. place a large decorative window in its place so it's framed by the columns visually.

Two car brands I can never buy with my money or accept even as gifts (I will immediately put it on sale).

1.) All Toyota Models

2.) All Honda Models

As moths are drawn to a flame, so are armed-robbers drawn to these overrated cars.

If you've ever driven a Bmw or Benz, you won't ever want to drive any other car again.

@OP - May the irunmoles console you for your loss.

PS: Toyota & Honda fans, no offense intended.
Do You have information on the stolen car?

If "No", I don't think the stolen car's owner cares about your car choices.

Money full naija some are just silent spenders.

If I have such money I doubt I'll buy this kind of a car maybe I'll spend mine traveling to exotic places. I'll go to opera houses in France, Spain and Italy. I'll ride the gondola. I'll watch my team real Madrid win the uefa Champions League from the vip seats. I'll go on boat cruises that last months to exotic islands. Then if I'm still interested in it I'll get acres of land to build my house with horses at a corner so I can ride them every day when I retire. Hmmmm

Of course you don't have to ask giving to the less priviledged is paramount on my list. That's why I admire bill Gates even if he is an atheist.
You can do all that and still drive a Lamborghini.
