What we don’t understand is why Tinubu and Owambe boys are going this far just to tarnish the name of Igbos.

Today's session has ended and I think it was productive. Let me tell you what happened:

The way LP tendered those clips is HOW YOU TENDER AN EVIDENCE IN COURT, then drop the mic and walk away from the respondents.

While the respondents were expecting to see just Mahmood Yakubu, the LP team hit them with Festus Okoye and Tinubu/shettima's double nomination as well.

All along, the respondents relied on Shettima's nomination letter and even argued about the dates, but guess what happened today? LP team played a 'cassette' of Tinubu VERBALLY announcing that Shettima has been picked as his running mate days before the so-called letter was written.

At the end of the clip, the respondents didn't know what to ask. They started asking the witness if Festus Okoye, Mahmood Yakubu, and the cameramen are still alive! That's all they had to say after watching those clips.

Hilarious!

That was a masterstroke right there from the LP team. Damn!!!

Peter Obi is not swayed by the whims of the elite few. He's driven rather, by acting on what is beneficial to the masses and less-privileged and what positions the people for a better tomorrow, whether or not the political class is happy about it. If he backtracks on a decision, it is only because he has seen it will not ultimately favour the masses in the long run. He understands he is a servant to the people, not a ruler over minions.

As for strength of character, Peter Obi was part of the economic team that masterminded the subsidy removal in 2012 (which made petrol to be sold at 140 then). He still confirmed that stand in his campaigns, despite the view of NLC over it. Tinubu on the other hand, was against subsidy removal in 2012, only to make a U-turn in 2023. It is clear who can actually make the tough calls, irrespective of the pressure.

It can be confusing how someone so attentive to the plight of the masses could be a tough nut to crack by the political class, but then, it is Peter Obi, a rare breed.

True, Obi is driven by acting on what is beneficials to the masses and less privileged.

EG When he was Governor of Anambra state, he saw that availability of beer would be beneficial to the masses back then so he commissioned a Beer making factory.

He saw that plenty drunks in the State would make the state a happier place.

I am not concerned about other states because they should know what to do,it doesn’t matter who started it first but I still insist on our poor maintenance culture.

This BRT Scheme has been running since 2007 till date so that covers your fear on continuity.

I'm surprised Nigeria Was able to survive these challenges which I'm sure GEJ would never have been able to navigate.
