Why not give credit to the governor?

Jakande created a masterplan for Lagos but didn't influence his successors, hence his plan wasn't executed.

Tinubu revised Jakande's plan, expanded it and ensured his successors followed through.

Most Governors don't even have a 4yr plan laid out for their states, successors take over without clear vision for the state and cycle continues.

This is what they should learn from Tinubu.

The logic behind Keke napep is it's small size which enables it to move in congested cities while having the same passenger capacity as a small car.

This design is larger than a lot of cars already and small buses are doing a better job than what this design wishes to accomplish.
