ivolt:

You guys should stop this lies.

Atiku cannot defeat Osinbajo.
Tinubu is the most unmarketable candidate a leading party has ever fielded.
There is no state that Tinubu won that Osinbajo would have lost.
In fact, he would have picked up many that Tinubu lost such as Osun and Lagos
with wide margins.

And before you talk about the North, APC governors and not Tinubu got those votes.
The same northern APC governors would have delivered for Osinbajo too.
Without them, Atiku would have crushed him.

They've been recycling your drug rubbish for decades and it didn't stop Tinubu from accending into any elected office in Nigeria so do you now have a different law that should have stopped or will stop him?

We've moved past this rubbish state, the world don move on already and you people at still in kindergarten shouting drug this and that.

Deal with your pandora loss for the sake of your own mental and physical well-being.

Honestly I am telling you. You claim won "election" but everything before the Tribunal is pointing to discrediting your opponent instead of you telling us how you won with proof.

Not everyone can contest for presidency. There is a law to that respect.

Which law is that? Which section?

Also know that there are always exception to every law.

The law bars convicted criminals from running from elective posts. So the law actually bars the worst of people from running for elective posts.

Hope you know there is exception to that? Make your findings before concluding.

Obi is challenging the process that enabled him to even pass through the primaries. People with drug cases shouldn't be running for presidency. But I can see that you're one of those who worship money over character so to you a drug lord can be your president and you're proud.
Black Africa can never be great with this type of mentality.

There's are clear different between law and moral. No law bar anyone from contesting for any post in Nigeria, even the worst of us.

Nothing to laugh about. Obi is ready to expose dirt that Tinubu might not want to come out. They begged Atiku during campaigns when his team was about to open the whole cocaine deal issue.

Peter Obi is claiming he won the election without providing proof to that effect rather he want to discredit Tinubu before the Tribunal using already adjudicated case.

If you win election and you are sure of yourself what is your business with someone was convicted over cocaine. Your concern is telling Nigerians and Tribunal the States you won and how you won those State with proof not telling us Tinubu was a drug baron while is Vice is not properly nominated.

Career / Re: My Secretary's Resignation Without Notice Is Crumbling My Company by babaaelino92(m): 9:54pm On May 10, 2023
concho:
When I took over as a director in our company , I noticed that the company’s Secretary is a chronic liar

Most excuses she gives to avoid coming to work always seem like lies to me . But I couldn’t confront her since I don’t have proves .

Today her mum is very sick, tomorrow her dad is about dying .

I also noticed that she doesn’t do her jobs ( financial recordings ) . She is always sleeping at work and says she is sick when confronted .

We started looking for replacements , but I noticed also that she discourages everyone that wants to work .

On Thursday, she said her dad was dead and would be Buried on Saturday . I granted her a leave between Thursday and Saturday and I conclude that I must find her village and attend the burial without telling her .

On getting to her village , I discovered that there was no burial and the parents she constantly used as excuse died years ago

I sent her video I made in her village only for her to tell me that she won’t come to work again .

She handed nothing over to the company . She didn’t provide details of the transactions she did in the previous weeks .

I asked her details of the companies transactions during the Naira scarcity , she refused to come bring these things .

This resignation would take us one year backwards in other to sort her stuffs out. She handed over to no one

If I let her go free , other workers would emulate her .

How do I start nailing her please ??

So a whole company that has Director no get lawyer?

Serous cost for wasting everybody’s time.

The APC equally argued that the petition was improperly constituted having failed to join Atiku Abubakar and PDP who were necessary parties to be affected by the reliefs sought

“By Paragraph 17 of the petition, the petitioners, on their own, stated that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar came second in the presidential election with 6,984,520 votes as against the petitioners who came third with 6,101,533 votes;

“At Paragraph 102 (ii) of the petition, the petitioners urged the tribunal to determine that 1st petitioner scored the majority of lawful votes without joining Alhaji Atiku Abubakar in the petition.

“For the tribunal to grant prayer (iii) of the petitioners, the tribunal must have set aside the scores and election of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar,

“Alhaji Atiku Abubakar must be heard before his votes can be discountenanced by the tribunal,” it said.

This point alone has destroyed Peter Obi’s petition. The quacks who filed Obi Obi’s petition will be sweating after reading this technical point. Wole Olanipekun is damn good in destroying cases on technical grounds.

To delusional obedients, it’s game over. Obi’s watery case has been shredded to pieces.

APC lawyer is Fagbemi SAN while Olanipekun is for Tinubu.

In bold.
Tinubu was ordered by a US court to forfeit $460000 drug trafficking money to the US government. The facts of the case are everywhere.
Tinubu did not pass the Character requirements of Nigeria's Constitution to be President of Nigeria.
Don't be carried away by the hallucinations of this Fulani irridenti, Robert Clark. He is playing his card for his fellow Fulanis in charge of Aso rock who want to use old and sick Tinubu as front to renew their clutch on the Presidency.

Even with the drug case. That works serve as a barrier for him to be President. That's the law.

Lol. Let Tiffanynubu respond first na. E easy to respond Naim he dey run France and UK back and forth? Leave the drug matter first, that one will be unraveled as the case proceeds. Let's talk about the FCT

Clark spent time analyzing the 25% requirement in FCT as if he's trying to convince us. You can't analyze or defend properly without a previous case study. No president failed to get 25% in the FCT since the 1999 constitution. Tiffanynubu is the first. The law is not really about common sense. The law is the law. Simple.

Even the drug matter is included and Tinubu was convicted as you alleged, that won't be a barrier for him to be elected as President-Elect and subsequent President. That is what the law says and law is law.
