I don't actually discuss an obvious, bomoi was active when she applied and was released by tsiga. Exemption letters are released at the end of the service year, you don't get it immediately it is granted, you will have to wait for the service to end.

There are things you think are reasonable but actually they are not.
If we are to go with your reason(which I know is a fabrication), why is it that her own had a different name from others that were also exempted that same year and set/batch.
