Buhari had not been winning because he had no SW in the past. On kwara politics, things have changed so much between 79/99 when most popular parties were writing results. The invincibility of the saraki's have thinned out, in recent governorship election, ACN almost won the election but due to power that be, the result went in favour of PDP. Therefore, kwara is winnable for APC in future election under free and fair.

Go back and check all the PDP defectors before 2015 elections, their overwhelming contributions decided the 2015 elections for APC!

objectively, all those people you mentioned are not politicians with value except Saraki with 50% share of Kwara electorates with armed robbery syndicate, but now not sure with the recent discovery of his syndicate.
