Gbawe: This guy speaks the truth 100%. Nonetheless, I don't expect most of his Nairaland kinsmen to agree. Most are in the category of those indoctrinated , hardcore, to never think or say anything good about Yoruba people. They would rather spend 100% of their time lying to themselves and the entire world that the Yoruba people are the worst to exist when the truth on the ground makes a mockery of their daily lies. In fact, I expect many of them to attack this chap and call him ungracious name simply because he has made a truthful observation.

There are many things very admirable about Yoruba people and culture even if many ,in the cauldron of raw ethnic hate that Nairaland is, will never admit so.

Many Nigerians don't understand the politicking and the few oligarchs who control this country. These people will rather die than to see this country disintegrate. Their wealth is based on the unity of this country. Imagine telling 100 senators and 360 house members that you want Nigeria disintegrated, they would look at you like you out of your mind! Nigeria is their source of income.

Do you live in nigeria? Do you know how much it costs to buy a land? Do you know how much it costs to build a house? Well, If you are the head of the government, I guess you're going to ban the use of those roofing sheets without considering how people strive.
When I want to erect a building, I'm not going to use those sheets. And I won't criticize those that use them. BTW, I don't think those roofing sheets make the environment to look untidy.
