This is an urgent call to the successful business and corporate male leaders.The time has come for this to be done,am talking about exclusive focus on male training and development.There is an urgent need for established,accomplished men to form men only groups,exclusive male centric groups,open groups that meet publicly and were there is media light on these groups to prevent sinister acts within the groups.The urgent need is due to the fact that many young Nigerian guys lack mentorship and direction,there is hardly any avenue were young men can learn from older successful men,this young generation of boys are going through really hard times,many are giving up.Many young women are being mentored and groomed for business success and leadership by older successful women,just in the news linda ikeji announced a meeting for young entrepreneural women exclusively in january 2019 with young men being shot out,but when men do things like this they open their doors allowing women,even most times favoring the women folk.I really think this is something successful men should think about and start devising ways to exclusively groom and help young boys/men,there are ample programs catering to the female folk,many of these programs are channelled by companies that make their money largely from male customers,yet they do little or nothing for the male folk,women have successfully created a gynocentric leaning in our current society and they have infiltrated male groups cornering all sentiments and focus towards their folk immensely,young boys are facing very little prospect for success these days, the hope of Africa lies in a successful generation of young men not women has it is erroneously believed,its a lie sold by the enemies of the black race,they have destroyed black America with such gynocentric policies creating a matriachial cesspool of failure.a lost Nigerian male generation is a great loss for the black race,it will ensure that Africa never progresses,take a look at the African American society,a large chunk of the young male generation were lost because of lack of grooming and attention from the older generation,now African american society is a waste matriachy that is almost destroyed,Nigeria should not fall into the trap of gynocentrism and matriachy,and learn from the mistakes of their African American counterparts if not the black race will be completely destroyed.Please blackmale leaders the young boys and men need your leadership and direction,don't sit back as a generation is gradually being lost.Please act fast and now.
