Olodo. Smh. This is serious.

No sir. I don't know sh1t about music. However, I know the difference between can and can't. Do you? I don't think so. Olodo.

Consult Mr. Google for the meaning(s) of "CAN", "CAN'T" and "EUPHEMISM".

I can't easily compare M.I. to EMINEM.  grin We are not there yet in the rap game. It's not "our thing" anyway. It's understandable.

No doubt there's good music out there, how many wan hear am?
how many people listen to Asa, Nneka?
How many listen to Bez, Timi, Etcetera, Adol?
How many people have heard of SDC?
Errrmmm, so because these "good" songs are not well heard, makes Nigerian music shitty? Pls explain your argument. Bro, at least these are there for you to listen to. If you choose to listen to Terry G over Nneka, then that's your choice.  cheesy

Nigerians are party people bro.  cheesy Get with the program. We love grooving beats! I'm in love with your "Dami duro".  grin

On a serious note, consider the audience/receptors.

for you nt us.
Hypocrite. Who is "us"? You accused me of speaking for a group of people (which I never did); nevertheless, you're brave enough to speak for "us". Who are the "us"?
Music/RadioRe: Nigerian Music Is Better Than America's by BABE3: 2:28pm On Dec 26, 2011
It's arguable.

American music is equally as shitty as Nigerian music. American music is equally as good as Nigerian Music.

I can easily compare ASA to ADELE (yh, I know she's British). I can easily compare DBANJ to KE$HA . I can easily compare ELDEE TO JASON DERULO.

I can't easily compare M.I. to EMINEM.  grin We are not there yet in the rap game. It's not "our thing" anyway. It's understandable.

The only glitch about Nigerian music is inadequate female singers. Females need to step up their singing game.

IMO, Nigerian music is better. 80% of the songs on my gadgets are Nigerian songs. Nuff said.  cool

When will I grow some sense? Well, since you'll never grow any sense, I don't expect you to know when I'll grow some sense. To put an end to your "wondering"; i'll grow some sense the moment the earth starts revolving around the sun.

You know most times I just wonder how immature you are, just how smart do you think you can get? How is my reply not in accordance with what I quoted? You likened my background to that of kerosene and I replied saying you know nothing about it to make comparisons, where is the error in comprehension there? Maybe you are the one who needs to pay more attention to your english class. Teacher oloyinbo.
Haha? Na you be this? No PepperSeller-esque sentences? No agbero slangs? I'm proud of you. Keep it up.

Olodo. I only said you sounded like an individual from a Kerosene background, and you replied with "what do you know about raising a child?", "Respect yourself". Worraaaahellll?  grin

You're tempting me to directly tell you you're from a Kerosene Background. You're tempting me.

Who in their right mind would find nothing wrong with what the mother is doing in that picture? Only people from Kerosene Backgrounds. Freecocoa, you're tempting me.  angry grin

^^ Of course. I trust you. I was expecting you to reply like a pepper seller, and you didn't disappoint.

What has your reply got to do with what you quoted?

Did I "say" you're from a Kerosene background? I seriously hope you can comprehend basic sentences.

Freecocoa is right. I sipped a little stout when i was about 10, from my aunt.
She gave it to me cos i was so anxious to know what it tastes like. After that day, i never tasted it again for a long while.
The lil sip didn't turn me into a drunk or anything.
You were 10. That child in the picture is 2. Being 10 is not even an excuse.

You might as well give your 1 yr old child a "taste" of your weed and cigarette to satisfy his/her curiosity. undecided

Outstrip:
LMAO please what is kerosene background. Geez. It's obviously not good but what does it mean
A background made of kerosene.

freecocoa:
Let's get something straight abeg, that she gave him a little sip of the drink doesn't mean he'll turn a drunkard(though I don't know how often she does that) but all I'm trying to say is that if a parent gives a kid a little sip of drink doesn't mean he\she is a bad parent,it becomes a problem when its done on a regular basis, most of you shouting here have done something like this before,we all know how kids can get when they see you eating or drinking something, they usually want to some of it,its not a must to give it to them but handing a little to them hasn't killed anyone I know.
You sound like someone from a kerosene background. Your comment sticks out like a sore thumb. Impressive. undecided

My two cents
He didn't see the thread. He was busy thinking about how to return the Camry; he didn't have time to think about anything else. He was too lazy to donate. He was too busy. It skipped his mind to donate. It's not by force to give to the less-privileged. How are you so sure he didn't donate as "anonymous"?

What the lady utter was blashemous and am sure that is what elicited the reception she got.
Of course what she said was blasphemous. But Slapping? Demons said worse to/about Jesus, and all he did was TALK with authority, and they were out! No need for the effizy na.

I can imagine Jesus saying "Do you know who I am?", followed by a hot slap! grin
