Hello peeps, I would like to know your views on this issue burning my charred spirit. I really think it will be a good idea for church accounts to be periodically audited by external auditors and the reports made accessible to the congregation. I am not against giving for the cause of the gospel but I had always wondered how the moneys are managed. Or do we leave that also for God since we are giving for his sake. I need your honest views and would be glad if admin could hit this thread on the fron page. Regards |
![]() Kslib: I am very sure there is a LINDA in you. Kgdavid: lol for the people asking questions, clearly the poster lives in "face me i face you". its easy to see how his neighbor would be aware of hs "new boxers"Even people that stay in duplex stroll round their lawns in boxers. Dont be naive, or may be because you have never stepped out of that your mushin abode. |
The boxers example is just a tip of the iceberg, was using it to show the little things neighbours compete with, let alone when it comes to a bigger ones; when I launched my new car, my said neighbour lobbied his oga in his office to release one of the unbranded cars for some assignments. He actually brought the car home and used it for one week. When subsequently I asked about the car, he said he sold it and had paid for another one. We need to stop looking at our neighbours achievements with envy, but thank God for them and even congratulate them so that ours will come. Admin/ moderator should hit this thread on the front page; people are being led astray and we need to enlighten them. |
Its better to take off from Lagos. It must nt be too perfect at inception. This will be great cos man, we drive cars in this country, I have never seen people as car crazy as Nigerians, not anywhere throughout my stay in Europe. I tell you something; fora for so may things in Nigerian auto industries will be created and so on. |
WOW, CAR FREAKS like us will readily embrace this. How do we go about it. Im fully game |
I bumped into the post for the commonwealth scholarship as posted by Ministry of Education but I do not know if the 2.1 requirement applies to those that already got masters and are applying for phd programmes http://cscuk.dfid.gov.uk./apply/ |
Whats your experience when your neighbour who competes with you in things you possess. I had a neighbour who would buy a new pair of boxers the next day after finding a new one on my waist. Was wondering what he would do if I bought a private jet. ![]() |
Oga where I dey for Italy for aperetivo joint last night, they were playing Morroco nwa mmaduka's song, True! |
This is what I could make out of the New York Times on this dude's tango with those yanks: ... the smooth Nigerian pop star D’Banj, is reduced to some formless singing on “The Morning.” http://www.nytimes.com/2012/09/19/arts/music/kanye-west-and-the-album-cruel-summer.html?_r=1 see para 6 or 7 of that report. The truth is that we should always try to appreciate ourselves. The mistake most Nigerians make is trying to run after those so called stars outthere thinking that they are gonna be well projected when the do things together. They appreciate you more when they come for you themselves. |
TUFACE, you are great I must confess, you really paid your dues. God I need this kind of "worked for" fame. Happy Birthday sir! |

wow cool and very ugly at the same time ![]() |
Fell in love with it while in Europe, Want to order for it now that I am back but am scared that no one owns it around; Nigeria with all those car freak dudes that always want to show off with new cars ![]() |
Wow @poster, the consistent man philosophy is as right as rain; but ladies are not learning. God bless you. |
Why is this car not driven in Nigeria?

I offer 1 milla, serious buyer here |
All these tribal prejudicial statements are borne out of ignorance; they have been phased out of civilised societies. For the released VC, I would advise he leaves the country for a better life out there like many academicians are doing. Let him know that to foster effective change in an entity embeded in this corrupt and crime infested enclave, one should be ready to die a martyr. They want you out in order to continue their shady deals with impunity. Whether, north, east, south, or whatever diversity you have over there and blame lapses on tribal divide, Nigeria is a terrible country! Obasanjor would have been the strong man that Nigeria needed, but he was utterly visionless. Of course Jonathan is a sissy. Basic things like security, power and employment* still lacks in an oil rich nation. lmao! |
