David didn't do anything.

The accounts have been froozen before he wrote the article.

Btw, flutterwaves obviously has an issue with reparations of funds, that is why all these transfers to different accounts, also it obvious that there was no explanation for the transfer of funds.

The regulators will fine them.
when it comes to Nigerian businesses in Kenya ,they are a frequent target for Kenya government and officials looking for ways and means to extort or confiscate their money or properties .They dont respect Nigerians one bit

Ayanwukoma:
I know this might come out as me been a weakling but I need your honest opinion.

Because of situations I had to pack to my uncle's house this year.. what I noticed about the place changes is that, they are young boys, touts, agberos, who some are cultist. All they do is smoke and insult people anyhow. at first they use to give me space, because I too myself gives them space they are not my age mates at all....so we can't be friends that kind thing.

but recently one had to insult me because of my uncle's wife... this boy is not more than 17 to 20 for peace to reign I let it slide, he was ready to set blows with me...(that's 26) ..but I was just too ashamed to react. Because of this, his peers that were around saw it and some start laughing... smoking.

Another one just find my trouble today again, I'm afraid to say if I keep holding back this is how it's going to gets.. This boys will use me to play more and more daily because they seeing me everytime... because I'm not fighting them off, since it's what they are good at... carrying bottles, knifes and dagger.

I really want to engage, buh I'm afraid I might do something harmful... (, When I get angry)

Someone called me aside and told me not to engage them, I should look away. that am bigger than that.
I should apply wisdom.
Fighting them off won't change anything.

come to my rescue, I really need advice before my name makes front page.. the rage I feel right now, seeing small children abuse me daily is killing me.

My heart tells me that Princess has a skeleton in her cupboard and am sure when the cupboard is to be destroyed, the skeleton has to be brought out.
I think the authorities need to take this up with princess there are rules concerning fostering in Nigeria and i am not sure princess has done any of this ,i know for sure before you can adopt or foster a child you must be atleast (25-35) years older than the child and before you make any important decision on the child a social welfare officer must be invovled so i think princess might land herself in wahala sef .

the funniest part is we generally assume these northerners don't know what they are doing, but they are very well calculated even if this girl is granted freedom to leave as we speak I doubt she will want to go back to her family, she will be made to understand she will not leave with her children so she is tied to them it will take a lot of hard work to change this girl's mindset.Even if she is freed she will still go back to them

Crime / Re: Why Are Nigerians Seen As Fraudulent And Dubious People? by babslepe: 1:21pm On Jan 09, 2021
Zontage:
Why are Nigerians seen as fraudulent and dubious people?
Hafa?

How you dey?

These seem to be the first thing many foreigners say while interacting with me for the first time.

According to them, In saying this the Nigerian wouldn't think of scamming them because they're sounding like a local.

I think some got this from scam watch sites, travel agencies, their government.

I really don't care where they got that from because such familiar parlance won't stop me from scamming you if i wanted to.

You contacted me because you want to get some information, you're testing me in the process if i have scamming tendencies, we are not even talking money for christ sake.

For some time now, Nigerians studying abroad only come back home as a corpse, the ones alive have nothing good to tell.

The government of the host countries have no good explanation to give, neither the Nigerian government, as usual.

India, Ukraine, North Cyprus, Russia, Malaysia, even our own brothers South Africa, top the list on the dishonourable treatment of some Nigerians.

Some of these Nigerians are not innocent, but the majority of them are but general hate is spread on them all.

Some of these acts are purely racist but in most cases, it's due to the news, the rumours they have heard about Nigerians:

Internet scammer.

Drug pushers.

love-vendor, etc.

These are susceptible youths, mostly from rich homes, hoping to get a good and affordable education from these countries but are met with hate and untimely death all because of generalization, a single story.

Nigerians are seen as fraudulent and dubious, unfortunately, that is the exact way many Nigerians see the rest of the world too.

Either way, cheating is inherent in every human, and it's not just in money.

Some persons just don't do it because they have a "conscience," Nigerians have this too.

You were duped by a Nigerian? So sorry, that wasn't me, it's not all Nigerians who cheat.

I won't do that, because i wouldn't want anyone to do that to me.

Some Nigerians know their field inside out, locking them out based on rumours you've heard or read in some fancy literature is only going to be disadvantageous to us all.

I am a Nigerian, not a scammer
the truth be told a large majority of Nigerians abroad are not good ambassadors of our country, all in the name of greener pastures you will see nigerians living in little remote towns abroad where no foreigner should be in the first place (and the most painful part they are always loud everyone is in their business) I engaged a cabbie in a conversation and the cabbie told me when you are an immigrant irrespective of what your hussle is whether legal or illegal always act as if it is legal, you see a group of Nigerians in a particular area their pattern is always the same 4-5 able-bodied men living in a flat ,they hardly go out during working hours yet they live very lavishly .This host communities place close attention once they discover you are Nigerian and the funny part is our brothers will always show themselves

A lot of banks have become flexible with colleagues dating. They spend most of their time in the office and mingle mainly with their colleagues. I won't be surprised if internal dating is allowed in FCMB. If the oldest child is about 12 years old, this is way before he became the MD. So many questions that only the people in the triangle know the truth.
What everyone is running with right now is an account of a friend. What if Moyo and Tunde had been separated for a while? What if the domestic violence was true ?

you just spoke my mind , Many marriages today have become loveless (most are just sticking together to save face ) . Recently i was resolving a marital issue and I was shocked when the lady told me the last time she and her husband were intimate was July . Mind you these two are in their late 30s and they both run a business together (so they are together most of the time ) now compare it with when both partners are working-class people and work in different organizations. Such things are bound to happen but nevertheless, the woman did not try at all
