I live in Oyo (Ibadan)...I have never seen a girl with this kind of tribal marks...I only see it on older men. That's my observation. What i see on girls is the normal 1 1 tribal marks.

I live in Ibadan too and I know that tribal mark is peculiar to people around that side. Just Google Oyo tribal mark.
