I have come across lots of converted cars and I must say those done in Lagos are really really bad, Electricals are really messed up ,bad structural conversion. Misalignment etc. My two cents is there are lots of people who specialize in such in ibadan and enviro ,look out for them, stay clear off Lagos. This is not an advert as I don't convert and I have no business in conversion

I would think it's the other way round, build something standard and sponsors will compete for your attention, it's that simple. The problem in 3rd world is u can put up substandard crap and expect the government or sponsor to show up, it's the other way round

The trouble is the wiring , pay a electrician good money so that the wires will not be messed up, the mechanical parts are the easiest to do

There is no such thing as ECU programming in repair sense if you let your mechanic damage your ECU, get another.
If the ECU is not damaged read the codes and do necessary repairs.

If Kazeem has hook you up, time for you to learn how modern cars work, and this applies to Toyota too

I think the OP wants to swap his ecu with another

U have two options ,either u clone the ecu ,(can be done off location) or u program on the car on-site. The cheapest is the cloning. The on-site is expensive as it requires online sps2 programming, so u can get anyone with the tools to do it off site for u by sending both the ecu

it can very much be done, just get the wiring diagram and the rest is history

Car that will last a life time, have to be analog, no major ecus and modules and manual transmission
