U can either just buy a brainbox that is already a freecode from factory or u open up the former one read the flash and eeprom,send it to tuners who will most likely will charge u quite some amount,they will send u new files, write them back and walahi!!! Car should start, on the issue of your key, if u don't have an existing one u can do it on the table using the climate control module, remove and send to a programmer ,I believe your key is the type that uses a slot, he will make the immobilizer part then program the remote on the car
