10) Some of the physical practices if Islam are actually scientifically beneficial to a human being who practices them. How would illiterate Muhammad know this?

We've been together for a year and 2 weeks.
I intending settling down with her so I proposed to her 6 months to the relationship.
Before proposal, she tells me so many things about herself. eg.
She doesn't have so many friends, she's the church type and her life revolves around house, church, and my place sometimes.
She has concluded her service year but no job. I opened a POS for her to keep her busy and engaged and she's really doing well in it because I do see the inflows and outflows. She's not the material type . Very prudent in spending. She's kind, generous , from a well cultured home.

What causes the depression.

Their parents only gave birth to 3 of them. She's the first and only girl. (27yrs). The other two are boys. She thinks about alot of things like she' has yet to start giving her parents returns, very soon she will get married, who's going to look after her parents and younger ones, the POS is stressful to her as she will leave home in the morning and when she gets back home in the evening, she will still need to cook and do other chores, she' doesn't have time for herself, she has an ambition of being a Medical doctor but look at her under the scorching sun hustling POS stipends. She doesn't socialise, now self, she has stopped going to church, always sleeping , crying and gets angry at herself and other person's for absolute no reason. The last time she came over to my place, I wasn't around, she knew where I kept my room keys, she entered and cut herself with blade on her wrist and dropped a note.. (I'm sorry). I was so scared, I had to call her younger brother which we rushed her to the nearby hospital without the knowledge of her parents. The last one that shock me was when I saw sniper in her bag. I bought her ice cream, on helping her put it inside her bag, I saw it. I confronted her and she just started crying. I keep encouraging her that suicide isn't an option, she should consider how many people she will hurt by killing herself. We've prayed together, she even told me she doesn't believe in God anymore. I keep encouraging her, keep praying for her. I'm just confused about the whole situation.

Please Nairalanders, what's your take.
Should I go ahead and marry her, I had the plan of visiting her parents Q4 this year.

This is wat happen ooo I have been working with my boss for close to 5years now I work as a cashier Sha I do go and deposit money in his Acct huge amounts so eventually we bought another shop at iponri so I was the on managing it we bought the shop at last year November I do resume at 9am and close at 7pm at night but before I get to his place to do Acct sometimes 8pm so after doing Acct for him I will still wait in is area chatting with frds playing but I don't drink or smoke..but I do like going home late very well so by January there was this our customer tht do come and play game sometimes he loose like 400k to 500k and he do normally do transfer so there was this particular day this guy came to play game of 150k so my mind just said tht I shld tell to help me do transfer so he said he shld go into his car to pick up his phone so my laptop rebooted as I was trying to put it on this guy has moved after like 5min I didn't see this guy I was shocked looked for him every where but couldn't see him so I chatted my boss and tell him wat happen omo my boss said if I like my self I shld transfer the money to him ASAP I plead ooo I even tell him tht I will be using my salary to cover it up but he instead so since den I have stopped working with him. So since den I have been looking for a Job so as at last 2weeks Friday I got a job Wich I was to resume last week Monday so.. so on tht last 2weeks Saturday I went to go and see my mom to explain to her tht I have seen one job ooo on getting to my mom's place I just say tht my boss coming with some areas Bois I wasn't scared at all I sat down want to knw wat happen tht was how Those guys grab me ooo beat my life inside Keke maruwa and take me to AreaC police station at ojuelegba ooo wen we get there the statement he wrote down was tht I stole 284k... I was just like haaa and I wrote my own statement down ooo after tht my mom and my family came to beg him this man said I must go to jail ooo okay so as at on the 14th I was taken to Court ooo and I was granted bail of 150k.. but I was been told to remain in ikoyi prison till the bail will be granted .. omo on getting there ehhh come and see beating dey beat my life Inside ikoyi prison like say tomorrow no dey.. ..So at night we began to ask ourselves questions tht wat brings u here mostly of People there are raiding tht was a guy tht he is a lawmer he went to night work he was there too ... ikoyi prison isn't a small place ooo I won't I use complete 10days before my bail was granted ooo.. still going to court on 7th of next month ... so please guys just becareful out there please ooo...

Good morning everyone.

I've been dating this guy for a while now. He's been into tramadol and smoking for a very long time. Over 15years.

We've been friends before now, until late last year when we started dating. I've been making conscious efforts on helping him stop all these acts.

He has improved on quitting smoking, as he only smokes once in a day or twice.

My issues is the tramadol. He takes about 5 tab everyday. He's physically fit and one could barely tell he has that addiction. He can't do anything like reading, writing an exam if he doesn't take this thing. I've tried to help him the best way I can. Yea, I love him, but I cant afford to raise kids in such environment. I might have to take a bow if this persists, but I really wish and want to help him go through this.

What are the side effects of this drug?

How can I help him with this addiction?
