Someone is saying the OP is arrogant. How is he arrogant? Pls tell me. He has evidence when the rent will expire and the lawyer who was supposed to wait till the rent expires is behaving like someone who is not learned.
The tenant right should not be infringed upon.

I have watched with keen interest the various controversies surrounding the issue of tythes in NIgeria. My Question is do the whites also tythes in their respective countries in abroad? Do they also believe in the concept of tything in their respective denominations?

I am a Christian from the southwest. I see this project as waste of state resources. Do you know the N200m can go a long way to offset pension and salaries arrears(if there's any). Do you know the number of boreholes that can be sunk with N200m in all the local govt in Ekiti state.

I have watched with keen interest how the supporters of President Buhari and Atiku Abubakar have been trying to sell their candidates ahead of the 2019 general election.
One of those things that is drawing us back as a nation is that we allow ethnic coloration to blindfold us and our religious differences to dictate to us. There are better people out there with digital way of thinking and could take this country to a greater height if given the opportunity. However, we are always quick to come to a conclusion that someone is too young to lead, he's not from my geopolitical zone.
If eventually, we are settling for one between buhari and Atiku, each of them need to be appraised on his achievements.
Buhari is known to have zero tolerance for corruption and has displayed this by fighting corruption but no one has been convicted unlike the days of OBJ.However, does governance involves fighting corruption alone. Has he been able to turnaround the economy?. Has the price of goods reduced?,has security improved? what about several job losses These questions are left for the populace to answer.
On Atiku's part, he was labelled as been corrupt even though no court has ever convicted him. He even challenged anyone with evidence of him being corrupt to present their evidences. He was also been accused that he dare not fly to America else he will be arrested. But the question is does he have the leadership qualities to rule this country. Can he turn around this country for better. He may not have the political will to fight corruption but can his leadership acumen be a subject of doubt? Ladies and gentlemen, who do you think is fit for the job between the two political heavyweight

Dear Everyone,
Kindly give me advise on how to recover my money on 2plots of lands i paid for. Here is how it went.
I felt the need to get 2 plot of land in the capital city of the state i work in southwest and i rightly informed my father in law about it and ask him to help scout for a good land in a good location since we both stayed in the same city. He introduced an estate surveyor to me and i was taken together with him to the said land. My father in law gave me the assurance that all is well and that the surveyor is a person of integrity and that i should xfer the agreed amount to him. I did so and it took almost a month before he issued receipt to me. Take note that he informed us that he is not the owner of the land however that hes just an intermediary and he will xfer the amount to the owner. I first xfered 600k to him in oct 2016 and later xfer 200k to him in jan 2017. I kept asking for the land document since then but my father in law kept telling me i should not worry, that immediately the surveyor perfect the document and the owner signs off, he will inform us right away. At a point , it nearly degenerate to issue betw me and my wife cos i kept insisting her dad is not doing enough to hasten the surveyor to release the land document. My wife later reported me to her dad that im treating her badly in the house because of the issue and the dad had to call the surveyor and threaten him to either release the document or the money. After much plea from the surveyor, the surveyor promised to find lasting solution to it by end of oct this year. He said the land belonged to 2 brothers and one of then had signed off while he is waiting for the second one to sign his own portion so that there wont be issue in the future. This is november ending, i called the surveyor again today and he said d second brother promised to come down by dec this year. Im frustrated because i got this money via loan from my place of work. If by the middle of dec which he promised, i did not get positive response, pls what are the steps i can take for full recovery of my money. I was only patient all these while cos my father in law is involved.

He is boastful of what "he have''. Is this use of english actually correct?. It should have been he is boastful of what he has.

i have this 1999 toyota camrytokunbo just registered in september 2017. 1.1m is the last price.

Has anyone ever thought may be the children were not his and got to know very lately. However, could anyone in his right senses do such?

Here is a 2months registered Camry. It's tokunbo full option. Alloy wheel, Rear Spoilers etc
Leather seat, AC chilling, and everything is working fine.
Owner needs to Upgrade to Big daddy Camry cos of the bad road along his axis
Nothing to fix. Just buy and drive.

1.1 is what I can afford

Honestly, that is the power men have. A man could be dating four girls at the same time but sometimes looks beyond beauty and how well you can cook to choose. You could as well be endowed but as long as the man feels you are not his choice to be the mother of his children, there is nothing you can do.

It is when there's pandemonium around that axis and people start running for their dear lives, that's when you will know the path is not wide enough. it's better the attention of Lagos state govt is drawn to it.

When both of you are in sleeping position, ordinarily, who's always on top? That should answer the question.

What about that small Toyota corolla(Okere ju owo ee)

Lagos State government should be able to help this family out. Please let them inform the government for adequate assistance.

1.3m.

What about Elekute(Yoruba), Eyin Alangba, I deh go, kokoro, tabataba, biscuit alata.

Hello Team,
Please which is more safer and reliable between insuring a car or going for car tracker.

Thank you.

Good morning,
Please I will like to know why most private car owners always prefer to register their tokunbo or new vehicles with Lagos plate number.
One of my guys jokingly said that if another car with number plate different from Lagos eventually travel to Lagos, chances are that he will likely be stopped by Road safety officials for checking. Please how through is this?. I also think getting Lagos number is another way of increasing the IGR of the state at the detriment of another state.

please upload memes showing Akwa-Ibom governor showing his shock on the amount of goals recorded. I'm very sure the man never envisaged the goals would be up to 4. Now he will have to cough out around N14M

where's the location. picture of Engine and interior

Is it tokunbo? can it fly for 1.2 and is there custom paper in place?

Sir, it's about how well you maintained your car. You can buy a car within a year and the net book value of the car can drop sharply compared to a car bought under 2yrs if it's well maintained. I know the status update of my car and hence the price tag.

Check this car out. Neatly used and clean. First body. No issue at all. Just buy and drive. N800k.

I don't know the usefulness of the state govt. Can't the state govt foot the medical expenses of this man. Why wait till people solicit for financial help via an online forum. A lot of things are definitely wrong in this country.

OP, if you can add 100k to it making 800k, I'm willing to sell my 1999 tiny light Camry to you(First Body) . I also need cash to add up to it to get probably another tokunbo not more than N1.1m. My car is in perfect condition in Osogbo. I'll upload the picture for you to see tomr. Call me on 08067294215

let the doctor also start early sensitization in the print media and on TV. I believe this can give long way to impress his manifestos on people's mind. Good luck to him.
