Please help push this topic to front page. Many people are in my shoes especially bankers who are also stuck in this situation. We need to think outside the box and look for things we can do to fetch us additional source of income.

Good day all,
Please I need good advise. I work in the Bank but due to instability and insecurity in banking jobs, I want to know which other business I can venture into to give me another source of income. Just last week, a colleague of mine was disengaged unexpectedly. I work from 8am to 5pm everyday excluding weekends. I wish I could have a backup in case of any eventuality. Thank you.

I get 6months used 1999 Toyota camry very neat with leather interior and security. N1m is the last price. if you want let me know so that I can upload the pics for you and you can as well drop your number here.

Can you to driver's seat alone. All other seats are OK. If possible, how much for Toyota Camry 1999.

These are the kinds of talents government should promote and encourage not the yeye BBNaija that adds no value to people.

My mind is telling me these killings is politically motivated. I'm not really sure herdsmen are the one behind these killings. People behind it are bent to frustrate this government. However, if a leader swore to a constitution to protect lives and properties and cannot keep to his promise, the relevant section in the constitution should be invoked and impeachment process should commence. This will make him to sit tight and bring these killings to a stop.

Do dealers have the option of insuring unregistered vehicles? Can insurance companies insure TOKUNBO vehicles not yet registered?

Good Morning,
When a senator or member of the house of representatives is suspended for a period of time, will he or she be entitled to his monthly salary or not? Why I asked this question is because of senator Omo- Agege who was seen in the chamber sitting comfortably after maze was stolen. If he continues to attend sittings, will he be paid his salary or he is just on his own?

@osogbo, osun state.

If you have 900k, come and pick this 7months used 1999 Toyota Camry with leather interior.

Any money or property acquired via dubious means will surely hunt people sooner or later. Some of them have sent innocent lives to the grave all in the name of I must make money. You can't trust these people. It's either they are involved in Armed robbery, Hard drugs, Kidnappings for ransome e.t.c

Apart from the fact that GEJ appeared not to be in firm control of his govt, if he had concentrated significant effort in providing infrastructures in southwest and middle belt and aligning with tinubu, 90% of southwest votes would have been in his favour. Instead, he started building Almajiri schools in the north to please them but they were not moved. They were bent on voting their person.

Was this car imported from Uganda?

Stupid house of commotion. How many times have you had the gut to invite President Buhari to come and explain why he cannot checkmate the numerous killings perpetrated by Fulani herdmen in the country? It is the VP that you have the gut to invite, nonsense.

Most people were faced with this scenario one way or the other in their place of work when organization employ random promotion technique in the promotion of staff while you felt cheated in the promotion method adopted. For example, a Bank may decide to promote 200 out of her 400 Executive trainees to Executive Assistants or 150 out of her 300 Executive Assistants to Assistant Banking Officers. The Bank will tell them that majority were qualified to be promoted but that they have a limited space for the positions.
As a staff, you believe your colleague should not be promoted ahead of you since you joined the Bank at the same time and you have met the promotion criteria as well. Whether a random promotion policy is justifiable in a real organization is a matter of concern. The fact remains that the policy would certainly kill any sense of ambition within a workforce, which could lead to demoralization. If you have experienced such practice, kindly share your experience so that people can learn and be educated on how to manage such situations.
I remember when I was at a branch of a commercial Bank some 5yrs ago, I was acting as the business development manager after our manager was redeployed to another Branch and he recommended me(not promotion but leadership responsibility) to the Zonal manager to take over from him at the Branch. We were two under him in marketing unit(though both of us on the same grade). I acted for a year and customers were already used to me as the manager with a special office in the Branch where I attend to them. Alas, after a year, the promotion list came out and my second colleague was promoted a grade above me despite the fact that both of us worked tirelessly to improve the ratings of the branch.
I thought to myself! this is a big shame. I was so depressed and unhappy. I had to vacate that office for my second colleague since she was now a step above me. When I got home, I narrated it to my parents and I cried so much that my Dad and Mum had to console, encourage and asked me to continue to pray. He told me probably it wasn't yet my time to be promoted but that I shouldn't be discouraged.
A year later, my own promotion also came and I gave thanks to God. I learnt two things.
1. No condition is permanent. Never overrate yourself because things can change over time.
2. Reward always come with hard work. It may tarry but will surely come sooner or later.
3. Work smartly. Many people work hard forgetting the fact that working smartly go hand in hand with hard work.

Thank you.
Sometimes, its not how far but how well.

Don't forget Daewoo Racer

Who says Arewa will not go on rampage if any of their leader is arrested? They only kept mute because it was buhari that got dasuki arrested(North vs North). If it were to be another geopolitical zone like south-south, southeast or south west that got dasuki arrested, the arewa's would have cried foul and heat the polity. Despite the effort of Jonathan to please the North, Can you see how they made his govt ungovernable by unleashing bokoharam. The mistake Jonathan made was neglecting southwest in his developmental effort and underrating Obasanjo. If Jonathan had strived to complete Lagos-Ibadan express way, I trust southwest, we would have voted for him enmasse. Performance is what we are after. That is why we don't care who govern us whether you're a Christian or Muslim. Just perform.

I pity most of these security operatives. Most times when you see them, they are too relaxed as if they have two lives. You can see 4 policemen sitting together in a crime prone area relaxing and eating groundnut or toasting small small girls. They forget that they are always the first point of attack in any armed robbery situation. I was forced to approach 1 mopol one day and told him pointblank that he's too relaxed the way he sat and he thanked me for my opinion.
In addition, govt should not hesitate to buy Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) in excess to be mount in strategic places where banks are concentrated. These APC should not be stationed in a definite place but be patrolling the town at every given time.

As the 2019 general elections is drawing nearer, Candidates are already contemplating on which platform to contest the presidential elections. APC and PDP seems to be the two major realistic platform to actualise their dream. However, Nigerians seems to be tired of the present govt due to the fact that a lot was expected from this administration but they were disappointed. Promises made were not fulfilled. High prices of goods, loss of jobs, insecurity, selective prosecution, corruption e.t.c characterized this administration.
The other alternative that can give APC sleepless night is the PDP, however the party is not united. The party for good 16yrs mismanaged the country's resources and is still clamouring for come back. People are only saying APC will be defeated come 2019, but who is that candidate with good pedigree that will be generally acceptable across board to defeat APC candidate in 2019. I'm afraid APC might win the election unless the youths of this country are united to speak with a voice to vote massively for the good candidate but how's this possible since we are polarised along ethnic line which has beclouded our sense of judgement.

I don't think this man deserve to be on that throne. This is the same Oba that will be gallivanting around in parties shaking hands with dignitaries instead of sitting down and allow dignitaries pay homage to him. How many times have you seen Alaafin of Oyo doing such?
The chiefs had better talk sense into him before he derails completely.

Are the two cars Nigeria used? I'll have preferred you go for any Toyota product be it 1998 - 2001 models. They are reliable and efficient.
However if your options is between the two cars mentioned, go for baby boy but always be cautious of the leg which normally pull off for people that are not so sensitive to the leg when it gives sign.

How come anytime when VP deh act as President, the senate will threaten not to confirm anybody but when Baba resumes, they solo down and confirm with speed. Nonsense of the highest order.

You said they relegated the VP to the back, if you're the VP, will you jump into the midst of the Generals?

Oga, just carry the cow. The two don balance. Cost of repairing the car is equivalent to the total cost of the two cows. The two cows will sustain your family for good 6months.

The suspension must bounce. If it doesn't bounce, it means the absorber has been filled.

The House of Representatives has unanimously passed a vote of no confidence in the Minister of Solid Minerals Development, Dr. Kayode Fayemi, and the Minister of State, Mr. Abubakar Bawa-Bwari.

Both ministers shunned a sectoral debate on the steel sector scheduled today to find solutions to the troubled Ajaokuta Steel Plant.

The motion on no confidence vote was moved by the Leader of the House, Mr. Femi Gbajabiamila.

Good Morning nairalanders.
Kindly assist in providing legal opinion on the subject matter. A commercial Bank in Nigeria wrote a guarantor giving him 14days notice to offset the indebtedness of his former staff running into N800,000.
The former employee was employed by the bank in year 2010 and he was required to get a professional to sign his Employment bond at the point of entry. The guy took a retail loan from the Bank and he used his monthly salary as collateral and the bank was debiting his salary account for the monthly repayment.
However, the guy got his employment terminated in year 2013 and couldn't offset the remaining balance.
Just yesterday, the man that signed the employment bond told me he received a letter giving him 14days notice to offset the staff loan balance without which the bank will be left with no other option than to take legal action against him.
This man maintained that he did not sign guarantee for a staff loan but just a bond which stipulate that if a staff is found wanting in the course of discharging his duties e.g fraud related cases, the guarantor will be held liable.
Please what steps can the man take to exonerate himself from this?

No be Olusola Oke I deh see from his back?

A recent research shows that 8 out of 10men hardly last for 10mins during the first round without using condom. Some Men cry in the corner of their room when they are faced with inability to last longer. Sometimes you felt defeated when you cannot meet up with that obligation of satisfying a woman's sexual desire.
Take time to read this step by step approach to enjoy quality sex at night which guarantees lasting longer on bed and put a stop to pre-mature ejaculation in bed.
1. Take a fresh shower in the night(both the sexer and the sexee)
2. Prepare your mind to have quality time with your wife or girlfriend
3. Eat Well prepared Amala and Vegetable
4. Eat cucumber and drink plenty water.
5. Pray to God to guide you in this assignment.
6. Open your bible and and read psalm 121 to the end
7. Peck your wife.
8. Sleep.

By the time you wake up the following day, you will be refreshed and agile.
Thank you for the audience. Bye..........

When you say they are wayward, can you give specific examples of those you know. Some of these pastors children have their own social way of life which to you people misinterpreted as wayward.

Dear Guys,
I had created a topic relating to the subject above on the most powerful office between Chief of defense Staff and Chief of Army Staff. One thing is still not clear. If the chief of Army Staff reports to the Chief of defense Staff, how come the Chief of Army staff enjoys more publicity than Chief of Defence Staff?.
How come the Chief of Defense Staff rarely speak to the media on the state of Security issues in the country?. Why is he so quiet and looks as if he is relegated to the background.
For Goodness sake, this is a four star general and I expect him to exert his control like his predecessor, Alex Badeh. Let people see that he's in charge of Armed forces in Nigeria.
