Cceramicaltd: This survey was run in UK by bathroom retailer Drench. We believe what was found out from is closely related to what happens in other parts of the world.
1. 1/3 of men said their partner’s most annoying bathroom habit was leaving hair in the drain or sink, compared with 15% of women.
2. Both men and women are also bothered by their partners leaving fake tan or make-up stains in the bathroom.
3. More than 23% of men get irritated by their partner not cleaning the toilet after themselves compared with 40% of women – making it the top partner bugbear for women.
4. A quarter of women and 16% of men dislike when their partner doesn’t flush the toilet.
5. Both genders also found it irritating when their partners left the door open while on the toilet and when they used the toilet while they were bathing. However, the survey also found that more than 60% of couples use the toilet with the door open.
6. More than a fifth said they would “never feel comfortable” discussing toilet issues with their partner. The survey also found that more than half of couples share towels, which “means they are putting themselves at risk of sharing faecal bacteria with each other”.

naptu2: The Murtala/Obasanjo era is often viewed as the golden era of Nigeria’s foreign policy. This was the era that Nigeria stood up to the Western powers and fought hard to ensure an end to colonialism and apartheid in Africa.
Nigeria’s first and only Prime Minister, Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, had declared that Africa was the centre point of Nigeria’s foreign policy and this was brought to life during this era.
Nigeria gave huge sums of money to liberation movements in Angola, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa and Zimbabwe. It gave fighter jets to the MPLA in Angola, facilitated military training for ANC activists from South Africa and provided safe refuge to liberation fighters and activists from all the southern African countries.
Nigeria was made an honorary member of the Frontline States due to its activities that were geared to ensuring an end to white minority rule in southern Africa. The Frontline States group were a group of countries that shared borders with or were in close proximity to South Africa. These countries suffered from destabilisation campaigns and military incursions by the South African military. Nigeria did not share a border with South Africa, but it was an honorary member of the group and it hosted meetings of the group because of its financial, diplomatic and military support to the members of the group.
This thread is about one of those acts that Nigeria did to support the liberation movement.

Tundemanias: Irrespective of the duel between Tacha and Mercy earlier today, Big Brother Naija housemate, Mike still seems to be on the spotlight as award winning actress and producer of ‘Jenifa’s diary’ Funke Akindele has taken to her twitter to commend him for his gentility.
Recall that Mike recently had an argument with Tacha, and during the course of the argument, Tacha rained insults on him and pushed him aside, an action which could have caused a negative reaction from Mike.
Rather than attacking Tacha for her misdemeanor, Mike chose to ignore the ranting housemate, a decision which portrayed the nature of a true gentle man.
His wife had also commended him for the manner which he handled the situation. Her post read;
Life is a teacher and there are people that will always test you just to get the reaction they’re looking for. Thing is it’s how you react that shows true CHARACTER & what makes you the BIGGER person.
In my husbands defence which I had no doubts about, he handled himself well with composure as always because he was raised to be a true gentleman!’
His mother’s goodwill message to fans and well wishes cannot be left out too. Few days ago, Mike’s mother had also praised her son for being a role model and a great son to her.
Just today, Funke Akindele voiced out her opinion on the housemate via her twitter platform, calling him the definition of a true gentleman and also revealing that she’s learning alot from him. See her post below;

However, when days elapsed and the goods were not forthcoming, she went to Jumia office to make enquiry and discovered that Leerees was not an agent but a fraud and then decided to petition the EFCC after he refused to refund her money.

Investigations further revealed that Leerees is an internet fraudster and has defrauded several people. He operates with the name Vin Diesel and Mark Sinclair, an American and has obtained money from foreign nationals.
