Bros , fighting and hating on one another won’t take us anywhere . This things are why we are going through this troubles in Nigeria and allowing the North to dominate. We leave the most important issues and focusing on the least important ones. Hate can’t bring any positive result. Hate leads to destructions. For the sake of the next generation let’s focus and do the right thing. At about 70 years we should be able to look back on our contributions to the development of our country and be able to say YES we took the right decisions to make life better not worst.

Now that Buhari administration is getting all the things they were using to praise GEJ then and more.....

Can we now agree that GEJ was also a failure

GEJ and BUHARI are both failures. We keep loosing our galant soldiers to extremist and there first priority and duty is to protect every single life of Nigerians. But, people are still dying everyday and police keep killing innocent citizens and nothing is done. Our country at the moment is a fail state.

It’s ordinary Nigerians going through this and the worse we can do is to be fighting each other . Christian saying hateful word to Muslim and Muslim doing the same. We are suppose to channel our grievances to the government that promised to protect every Nigerian’s life. But we are here bashing ourselves while those rogue politicians walk a way freely and enjoying there lives. We need to start thinking and stop fighting each other no matter the religion. We need to face those that promise to protect us and are not doing so.

I was telling a friend, SW and SE is too intelligent to be fighting them selves, we need a common ground if we want to succeed, u cant imagine that there is no Southern Nigeria governors meetings.

Watch the vice presidential debate, how obi and osibanjo was battling themselves why all the northern remain mute.

SW+SE, then SS blend it up, we will rule this nation for 100yrs and nothing north can do, they don't even have the brain power.

But the constant fight between SE and SW keep making north stronger

I get your point and it’s very valid. It’s this selfish Yoruba leaders causing all this things and making this Nothernern to feel they have brains. Look at most private company’s and you will hardly find an Hausa man working there because they are mostly not employable but in Federal government they are holding all the key positions of authority. Very sad.

This is what we get when we allow this incompetent folks take the shine. They don’t have the brain to manage the economy. The SS, SW, SE just have to come together to have a memorandum of understanding because it not, this will continue. Yoruba’s have had there time and I believe is time for the Igbos, I reasoned it and ask what do we have to loose if we give Igbo the chance and realism nothing. Last last they will divide Nigeria or restructure Nigeria and we still have nothing to loose even when they do that.

Everyone is free to protest but not on the same ground if they are oppositions. The police saw that and couldn’t manage the situation. I feel so sorry for you for justifying this because those thugs that attack those civil society guys will definitely attack you or any of your family tomorrow in the form of robbery or anything else. I said practical.

Can you provide 1 million jobs in Nigeria of today without infrastructure?

How?

Scrap the senate?

Who would legislate on it ?

The same senate right?

The health sector cannot receive a boost if the same infrastructure we refer to are deplorable.

How many big businesses do you have that you want to tax whilst you want to give a by to the smaller ones?

C'mon now.

Be realistic.

I know we see 30 billion dollars and simply go into delirium but you must put sentiments aside.

There is no magic to raise that kind of money right now but I believe with the right approach it is achievable under 1 year. About the Senate, the house of rep can take charge of there responsibility, we still have local government chairmen and councilor that can take the job of the Rep. The local government are not doing much and can take more responsibility so far all we are doing is trying to cut cost.

I provided evidence of how much debt this government has accrued but all you can do is look to antagonize me.

Your country is a poor country and you must accept it.

Despite this, there is a government which has shown dedication to tasks it sets itself despite all the hurdles and genuine sabotage.

I daresay, you are the one being partisan.

I really dislike people who only see problems but cannot profer solutions.

Now I ask you, considering our present situation, how do you instigate growth?

How do you facilitate development?

What recipe do you have for Nigeeia of today?

Please dont give me theories but practical steps.

Creation of more jobs in both the public and private sectors. creating public goods. We still have outrageous laws that limits investment in Nigeria, right now in Ghana if an investor is coming in they will allow you bring your raw materials and supplies in without paying any port charges. Creating 1 million jobs can sort out 40 million out of poverty. Also investment in public goods like education, health, environment, and security. We can have a private security company and they can be employed by this our politicians that are just using hundreds of police officers for there security and that will help the police focus on their major duty. There is a lot money to be made in our health sector if you can imagine the amount the elites use to travel out of the country for medicals, that alone will create lot of jobs. In Nigerian, people in small businesses pay a lot of tax than those having big companies that can cut corners. If you want small business to grow then you have to limit their taxes and tax these rich guys the more. Their diverse ways we can make money than borrowing and putting ourselves in debt all the time. Even the senate can be scrap or reduced in number to the smallest minimum. They are not doing any meaningful jobs and getting paid like 500 times of that of a fresh graduate.

Stop misleading yourself.

And stop living in 2011, when there was a reality when Jonathsn left office:

The debt office reports on Nigeria’s debt every three months. Its website shows that at the end of March 2015 – two months before Buhari took office on 29 May – the country owed a total of N12 trillion.

At the end of June 2015, this debt had risen slightlyto N12.1 trillion. This was US$63.8 billion at the official exchange rate of the time, N196.95 to the dollar.

Guy, how much are you paid for all this defending you are defending this government. This is not about APC and PDP. This is about the our future and the future of the unborn. We should do better than comparing badly with bad. Don't you want good? Do you think the best these guys can offer us is more and more bad? These politicians APC and PDP unite when they want to steal from us but we are always divided when we supposed to unite and condemn what's bad.

It is very sad as Nigerians for us to see and reason basic infrastructure as an achievement in 2019. Really sad, this are just ordinary infrastructures that even Benin republic have a better road network than us. Please, the most important thing is Education, health and the Economy which we are doing so very bad in those most important aspects. Our doctors are leaving our country and very soon we will have no doctors to treat patients. We already have scarcity of doctors. The educational sector is declining year by year, what about economy, we have gone from bad to worse from the recent unemployment rate in our country. Only 10% of our graduating student gets a job. And you are talking about some cheap infrastructure that the state government is supposed to be doing for us.

This is a misleading Article. The struggle is for resources , and not religion. This conflict has been going on for years.
It is news everywhere now because of the frequency and deadly nature of the raids has increased, and the media now find it newsworthy to promote whatever agenda they have in mind.

I stopped reading when he was having the interaction with the Fulani boy about the "German Insignia (swastika)". grin. This interaction is a Faaat Lie.
What does a local Fulani boy with no western education know about swastika , not to talk of Nazi Germany. grin I laff. Im very sure it was just coincidence the boy wearing the swastika logo shirt, not knowing the story behind the logo, innocently bought at a bend down select and you have a visiting journalist who is biased , writing an article about Islamisation. What a perfect match for a wonderful story.
And common man, that boy doesn't look Fulani, we all know how Fulani look like and most times dress.

And from the Authors name "Levy", definitely Jewish. We know how Jews and Muslims roll. wink

The author does not know that even core Muslim states like Zamfara and Katsina have parts of it under siege by this same Fulani. Parts of Birnin gwari area in Kaduna is a no go zone and has been facing this challenge for many years by the same Fulani militia.

The article was on point till the tilt towards Islamisation and cooked up interaction with fulanis, we know there is a serious conflict going on , but don't come and add your own Maggi to the story to favour you and your sponsors.

Now his gullible readers and many Nigerians would swallow this story hook, line and sinker.
The media is really powerful. Nonsense.

I don’t believe in everything in the right up and I also don’t believe Fulani people are really against one religion but my own question is why Fulani herdsman hasn’t been declared terrorist group and IPOB is declared Terrorist. I don’t see any sense in that aspect.
