The economy is having a free fall.
Just to list but a few, the country has been on standstill since may 29th.
Yet Nigeria is working to them.
Maybe the working they meant is that they are now looting nigeria as they like without any query.
Nigeria is working indeed. Is the performance of all economies tied to it exchange rates with the Dollar? What is the true exchange rates the last government bequeathed to the current one? |

GEJ is no longer on power, V Buhari should take responsibility for his failures and stop blaming GEJ The go to Borno and say you part too. Good bye. |

Buhari is not doing any better!!! GEJ recovered every city before May 29 ,Buhari was supposed to have improved on that, what has he done so far? The people the can kill is reduced. They HAVE STOPPED MESSING UP OUR TERRITORIAL INTERGRITY, HOISTING FLAGS IN OUR COUNTRY AT WILL. Which part of Borno State they they take? Is it compared to taking over the house of the CDS from Maiduguri which is a distance of about 400kilometres? GOODLUCK IS HISTORY, UNFORTUNATELY A LOT OF NIGERIANS WERE DISPLACED, KILLED AND RIDICULED UNDER HIS WATCH AND HIS NAME WILL STICK WITH THAT FAILURE AMONG OTHERS. |

kokoA: Now terrorists only attack soft targets using innocent looking teenage girls as suicide bombers. That's more difficult to handle. Under GEJ they were running down our soldiers, collecting their weapons and taking over local governments, we had a sizeable part of our territory (as large as the size of Belgium) under the control of terrorists for months. You can't even compare at all. Mubi was declared an administrative city by Boko rams. It is a few kilometres away from the home of the CDS. The size is more than Belgium, from Konduga to Gombi is more than 600 kilometres. They want to exonerated GEJ after Nigerians have declared their verdict on his failures. |

If you can't, what's our business with your bags of semolina? I also do not care what bags of pooo you eat. I have made my point that there is corruption in the fertilizer process and that is why it was sold to you for N5500. I will not seek to educate you further because tour head is still stuck somewhere. |

Nobody asked you to name the number of bags of garri that you helped people fry, that is your CV and I am not an employer.
Fertilizer was sold for 5500 and farmers had to pay for half the quantity they needed! If you have any fact to counter this, bring it forward......otherwise, I do not care whether you helped people produce a thousand packs of poo! We are talking about agriculture if you do not want to talk about bags then something is wrong with you somewhere. go get treatment. |

tolulakin: Your hypocrisy shocks the devil. I don't know where you are from, but where I come from, a bag of fertilizer was sold to the farmers at 5,500 but that is not all. Farmers were to pay for half of the number of bags they applied for while government supplies the other half....FOC! If you applied for 22 bags, you pay for 11....I believe you are either ignorant of this, or you have a strain of Lai Mohammed's person in your DNA.
You see all those other corruption cases that your party leaders told you, because I am sure you are not independent-minded, we await the official proof of those stories from your government, not that numerical poo-poo that is erupting from Oshiomole's mouth oh...
Otherwise, we await the time when your party leaders will come out again and say they never said Diezani stole money! If public deception is not the highest level of corruption to you, I will not say amen if they pray for you to become even a councillor! I help people farmed 230 bags of rice, 23 bags of beans, 80 bags of maize and 100 bags of sorghum. I know what am talking about and your political bias is obvious. We know, you know, Stella Oduah and Dieziani knows that STEALING IS NOW CORRUPTION. When Buhari fails we hold him to account, for now you can wail all you want to. |
Politics › Re: Before We Are Driven Past Our Home... by bakila: 3:16pm On Sep 01, 2015 |
tolulakin: People like you are the reason why propaganda still gets Nigerian politicians the votes they need.
There must have been some elements of corruption during GEJ's tenure, yet we must sincerely acknowledge, he strengthened institutions in his bid to end corruption. Little wonder programmes like the Agricultural Transformation that ended years of corruption in the fertilizer distribution became a case study in most African countries.
If you presently do not see anything terribly wrong in the APC's present style, you are a terrible enemy of the State and you are one of those reasons Nigeria may never rise above mediocrity. Really? Are you aware the the fertilizers were still sold for N7,000? That process was still corrupted. Again how much was involved in the fertilizer supply for the whole country? The cost of Oduah's bullet-proof car purchases and aviation fuel for Diezieni's jets were more than the cost of the fertilizer. There may be a few things wrong with APC but corruption-wise, The era of PDP was one of STEALING IS NOT CORRUPTION at the headquaters of our executive governance. |

If they are sure that Jonathan or anybody stole, why can't they do the needful and stop the noisemaking, blackmail and character assassination of people... Will you in truth to your conscience say that Jonathan and his cohorts did not steal? Who are you to stop the government from informing the citizens the state of their country as managed or mismanage by Jonathan. Nigerians have begun to see light, the days of PDP's impunity to its members and Nigerians is the last chapter of our history. Goke7: All those saying that we will regret voting Buhari are just playing to the Gallery and very high on kunu. Let me give an example here:
There is this mobil filling station I normally buy fuel from at the so called N87 per litre, sometimes I just take a 10 litre jerry can to just buy for my generator, normally when I buy N1000, it doesn't fill up the can, but I was shocked when on Saturday I bought at the same filling station, the same jerry was already filled up to the brim before the metre got up to N900, this means the station has been defrauding customers all the while but because of the recent clampdown of DPR on stations who defraud customers, the filling stations are already sitting up. many filling stations don't even have fuel but there are no queue anywhere and the demand for fuel keeps reducing because of improvement in power supply, even diesel is now being sold for N110. I work in Apapa and the traffic has improved as the all the excesses of the conatainers and tankers drivers have been checked to a reasonable limit.
Okorounmu or whatever your name is, you and your family can go to hell. we now Know who the real enemies of Nigeria are which includes you and your God forsaken generation. People like him care for appointments not a change for the better in the life of Nigerians. Its unfortunate that we are also used to the harsh life that was handed down to us. |

A few days ago they brought a bill of almost half a million for my office. They said it's been accumulating for over five months, and mean while we've only had lights two weeks before they brought the bill.
We had to pay 300k and got a prepaid card in other to be able to monitor what we use now. That's why I was scared about the constant light OK, it's seems everyone is complaining about so much availability of electricity with respect to high bill in most cases. It's good to get a card. It's pay as you go and most people will monitor usage. We hope the story have changed to a positive one on power supply. |

At a point the deceived people in some part of Northern Nigeria to align with them on the basis of religion. Today they kick and are angry because a Christian Kilba and an Eggon man were appointed into national position. Theyw ere happy when Ngozi, Anyim, Chidoka, Oduah, Ekpendu, Opara, Opara into national office. They did not remember that they had tried to align with christian on North-East and central Nigeria. Alas the people of South-Eastern Nigeria has began to loss allies in the North. |
