AugustApplicant: Anyone that have a question should ask and if I know it, I will answer. Thats what have been doing. I mentioned that to explain something else and not because someone asked me to. So please I am still my brothers/sisters keeper. I am new in this forum by the way and I am not sure those I met here have told us everything about their application. As time progresses, I will unfold more of my submission info. Please bear with me.

as time progress wil not help any1,like me,i want 2 know dat particular amount in ur a/c whc u said u won't tel any1 cos i'm planning 2 sponsor myself.and abt d statements dat d pple u met here av nt shared all infos abt their application stuffs,i wil nt subscribe 2dat cos 4rm dis forum. Numbers,contacts,infos are even shared on a personal request even after such infos av been deposited here 4 evry1.i know 4rm dis forum,intimate friendship/relationships av been devloped and created.in Summary,share dat info now 4d gud of evry1 cos either u share it or not it's only God dat crowns ones' effort.my prayer is dat God Wil grant us all our heart desires on dis forum.AMEN!

Was it right for me to have paid my tuition in full before applications were submitted. my sch.. thompson rivers didnt give me my final admissions letter until i paid in full... Hope the embassy doesnt see it as another thing... i however had about 4 million left in d account covering 2yr study expenses.. and included retirement funds.. payslips and land documents of my sponsor who happens to be my mum... so much come to mind of how better one could have put his applcation and this long wait period doesnt ease tins

have u submited?if u havn't, i wud av advice u state d reason y u pay d tuition fees in d letter of intent u wrote 2d visa officer and if u've submited,no wahala,GOD wil surely do it 4u IJN!

*Bakorede ventures
*bskorede enterprises.
If U included Group; it simply implies dt you have a parent coy dt has subsidiaries. For example; Bakorede invst group-big"
The subsidiaries will be those I listed earlier. And d name will serve as d parent coy.
Now, d implication is this, the tax payable on entrp or ventures is so small, compared to group and ltd. And if by now, ur share capital doesn't worth 2m ord share of @ least #1 each, u will be creating tax burden on ur self.
My advise for you is this, maintain investments only. As to reduce ur tax burden in d future.
If u look @ some big coys today, like petrol stations; they use somfin like ventures ltd. So, it depends on the advise being given by ur consultant.
Buh thr bitter truth is dt they will ask u to go for ltd, because dts whjere they see much profit, buh d burden of tax is on u.

3- d supplies will either fall on general merchandise or General contracts
4- for the provision dt should be under FOOD and BEVERAGES.

Better still, Education, import/ export and Telecommunication or food and bevrages.

Ventures ltd and enterprises ltd are of d same class, it is regstd as a business name of @ least a sole signatory which is suitable for an individual.
2- this is a ltd coy formed on the basis of share capital @ a specified no of minimum shares in accordance to d capital to be formed.
Buh in my own view, the first is ok for you and which can be later transfered to ltd coy in d future.
If I know d nature of ur business, I will be able to put you tru the class u need to reg for.
After the issuance of the certificate by CAC, is now you go for Tax identification number (TIIN) which will be requested for by the bank in process of opening the accounts.
The process of regstrng the coy are as follows; u present two names of coy. One Will be approved out of the two @ d availability stage. Let me know the nature of bus to put more light on this. Takia. @ fhemmy; how r you doing bro?

earthgreeners: You can use the account as a back up If u have a substantial amount of cash in it, and with a good proof of fund....I think registering ur company few months to submission might raise issues, maybe it wld be beta u use other means to proof ur fund...
