No business without its pros and cons, the strict policy you gives to hirer will determine his behavior.

In my area if you miss a day without bringing money you will be denounced the ownership of the vehicle even if you have paid 99%.

So my bro, don't take it funny with the hirer, even if he is not going to work tell him to bring the bike so that you will be seeing it.

Roasted junks e.g yam

Don't eat over brown bread (make sure soak your bread in tea)

Stay away from fufu

Minimize / don't take peppery food

Cure
Drink coconut water often

Take honey everyday

Take at least 3 dates fruit a day

Eat before you feel hungry

If possible try to eat cabin biscuit in the midnight even if you are not hungry.

Try to eat light dessert if possible every 30min before the real meal.

After 3 months of following these precautions I believe you will ask for my account number... Smiles!!!
