Hello guys, I got a Lexus gs300 last decemeber, I didn't know the car will be that low, the road that leads to my house was very bad and the car has been constantly hitting the floor. So i want to ask, can this damage anything in one month? The road has been repaired now but my car now makes a rattle sound anytime i start it, it is worse if it's the first start of the day.

Second question, the two back tyre rims have black residue on them, it even leaves the black dust on the ground, someone suggests i need to change the brake pad? Is that the case?

Third Question, I want to service my car, previous seller was using Toyota SL SAE 20w/50 ( black keg) but i can't find that same exact one here in ibadan, the closest i found is Toyota SJ SAE 20w/50 ( red keg) can i use that instead? Or can i use another oil ( your recommendation?)

Fourth Question, I did wheel alignment a month ago and since then my afs light has been on, it seems i have to make adjustments to the afs sensor? But most mech here don't really know what that is, what do i tell them to check and where? Or can someone recommend to me a good mechanic in ibadan? Thank you

Tomorrow after church, I'm going to give the exterior a good wash. The interior will definitely need a heavy-duty wash and shampoo. That will involve removing the seats. The leather itself is in good shape, but would benefit from a session with leather treatment and wax.

Hopefully, that'll shift the canine smell!

As a precaution, I'll be replacing the timing belt and pullets / idlers / tensioners. She definitely needs a couple of new tyres on the front, and the alloy wheels refurbished. They're the standard 7.5"x16", with 215/55x16 tyres. Depending on my mood, I may well invest in a new set of alloys and tyres, in a more manly 8"x18" with 225/45x18 tyres.

Time will tell!

Currently what you have installed is a 1 or 2mz engine from probably a camry 1998 or a Toyota Kluger without Variable timing.
