Mercedes outsells them, has considerably better sporting heritage, and has the most luxury. BMW does make better drivers' cars, but that's about it. I don't even see anything Audi is the best at, people who like Audi just like it.

Btw, I like all three brands, and have actively cross-shopped them when purchasing cars. You can say one is better than the other at a particular thing, but saying that Mercedes is a tier below the other two is just absolutely stupid, and no data supports that.

People are entitled to their opinions, and others are also entitled to point out how moronic those opinions are. There are opinions, and then there are facts. That statement is an opinion at best, and a pretty nonsensical one at that.

I do agree that the Mercedes craze is alarming, though.

Thanks for the interest..So far am trying to get him used to walking on leash mostly within the compound, he is so stubborn Everytime I try he fights the leash , The only time he agrees to walk with me is if we re heading to a place of interest to him.

Also his bark is getting louder and thick ( exactly what to expect from a boerboel rott combl)am quite impressed just that he barks and run towards me, sometimes when network comes to his head he barks and move towards the person...I ll upload pictures within the week

Nice write up. This is a very sensitive topic I believe only mature minds can participate in. Your opinion about lack of willing breeders in Nigeria to actually work together to come up with a reputable breed is correct, but then what makes a breeder? In Nigeria here once one owns two dogs of the same breed they automatically term themselves a "BREEDER" please there is a different between being a breeder and a dog owner.

Now into this cross breeding topic there exist a difference between controlled breeding ( Someone who is truly a breeder will know this) this is what SA used in coming up with the boerboels that is now a very popular breed and it has been recognized by the most popular dog registry the AKC in 2015. Yes before AKC moved to recognize the breed BB were termed mutts, halfbreeds and other names but today you ll see some one here on NL posting " Buy your purebred boerboel puppies". It makes you wonder the definition of purebred because evidently boerboels are a cross of local SA dogs and mastiff type dog from EU same goes to all "PUREBRED" dogs today..now don't get me wrong we re still bordering round "controlled breeding"...You cited health issues as one of the reasons you re against cross breeding..have you ever wondered why local dogs re seemingly more healthy than our vaccinated and well feed "purebreds"? The answer= extensive Gene pools ..... mother nature didn't create dogs so humans ll start classifying some as purebred and crossbred...genes were suppose to be extensive to keep up with evolution and create more healthy dogs...now the genepool of "purebreds" is narrow and can even be said to be inbreeding that's why the pups are predictive in nature because the possibility of extension in the Gene has been eliminated thus narrowing down the known traits and subsequently known health issues.in humans this happens when nobody marries outside the family blood,you keep getting kids that look like the generations before but the downside is health issues...This is why local dogs ll hardly die of parvovirus because you cant even trace how many number of species make up the genepool some ll say basenji, mongrel,Africans, and so on.

Now where do I stand? Like I said it's a sensitive topic..in other to please human ego of mindling with how mother nature intended for things to be one can say "purebreds'" should be preserved...but don't eliminate the possibility of coming up with much improved breeds because I can bet you years from now more '" purebreds"' will spring up as a result of cross breeding and will be registered my best bet is the mast-weiler which is growing in popularity just like the BB did.

I challenge whoever claims to be a " Breeder" here in Nigeria to mirror what the south africans did and come up with our own indigenous "Nigerian mastiffs" for once let's think outside the box and stop being myopic....My 10 cents please you re entitled to your opinion as i am entitled to mine..no insults
