A personal acct from the pry sponsor would have been okay. 10m closing balance without co-sponsor would have even done the magic assuming it is some way more than the total funds required.

You may try to also include it in your next SOP like:

Letter and Declaration of sponsorship of X million Naira per year from my primary sponsor

If intelligence is less needed in being an umpire, then judges in law court also need not be intelligent.

Referees on the field of play are like judges in the law court. both apply intelligence and the law to arrive at each decisions they take and the former is damn faster in taking decisions than the latter.

It doesn't take an intelligent person to know everyone is entitled to their own opinions.
That being said, in essence you're making a comparison between being a judge and being a referee:that's like comparing a commercial diver to an Olympic swimmer.
In every job task, decisions have to be made. Talk about speed, I believe decisions made during driving, for example could be life threatening, but does it always take an intelligent person to drive? NO

Sports will be sports... and those with talent/flair needed for such endeavours will succeed.

Contract Staff job no get job security.

The unions used to be a major force to reckon with back in the day. What's going atm is that we have a government that reassures the labour force of good times ahead. CNL would definitely pay them even with the ongoing strike.
