Make sure the empty pot is clean then place it on fire and pour some red oil.

Allow the red oil to heat for 4 mins then bring the pot down from the fire.

Add salt, onion, pepper, crayfish and stir a little then add your grounded egusi.

Make sure the grounded egusi had been soaked in hot water prior to this time. And when you pour it into the pot sure to leave the last bit so you Dont add the sand usually therein.

Then put the pot back on fire and allow to cook for like 12 minutes. Make sure you stir the soup intermittently so the egusi does not form large chunks.

Now add your meat/fish and some of the stock...be careful with the stock so you Dont make the soup too watery.

Then add your vegitable. I prefer to use bitter leaf but you may also use ugu.

You can add maggi if you like but I Dont cook with maggi.

Allow to cook for another 8-10 mins...or till you get the thickness you desire.

If interest rate is 13-14%, by the time you compare with inflation rate ( I don't have the latest figures from the bureau of statistics but I know it can't be less than 12%. ) I doubt if you make any money.

It is better to go for longer tenor especially if the amount you are investing is high. The interest I got is yummy

For example, see the difference between investing N100,000 for 364 days and the same N100,000 for 91 days below:

If you invest N100,000 for 364 days at a rate of 18.65%, your interest will be N18,650.00.

While for 91 days @ 13. 6% your interest will be N3,390.68

Now if you multiply 3,390.68 * 4, your interest will be N13,562.72 (if you invest four times in a year for 91 days each)

So you can see longer tenor will give higher interest. Now imagine if you invest like N4,000,000.00, the difference will be very high
