The Bible is very clear that love is the mark of authentic Christianity. Not only is it the commandment of Christ by which we fulfill all the commandments of God, it is
the sure proof that we are true disciples of Jesus Christ.
He was the living demonstration of the love of God when He walked on
the earth.
Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another (John 4:11). Every believer has the capacity to love like God
loves. It is not just a matter of trying to love. It is loving like Jesus Christ does. This is the designed lifestyle of every born again Christian by God.
God will not give an impossible command. When He commands us to do something, He makes available the grace to do it possible for you to walk in God's kind of love. Trust the Holy Spirit to make it a daily reality in your life. Allow the Spirit of God in you to take full control of your life. Yield yourself totally to the Holy Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit in you that gives you the love of God is supernatural ability to love like God loves.
.... the love is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which given unto us.

Nobody wants to die untimely and it is not in God's plan
at all for you to die prematurely. Life has been designed in such a way that you cannot reap what you did not sow. Life is give and take, you cannot give what you don't have neither can you take what you did not give, God is clear on the issues of longevity. You want to live long
Simple! Forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my
commandments. For length of days and long life and peace shall they add to thee. It is not enough to know the word of God, keep them in your heart Psa. 119:11.You keep things that are valuable to you. Why in your heart? So that you can match them with the issues of your heart and be able to filter out those that are not of God. Only then will you be able to
obey them. *Knowing God's word, keeping it as valuables in your heart and using it as your standard in life and in your relationship with God is the sure secret to long life.* Joshua 1:8, Prov. 10:27.

A soldier is one who has been called into battle. A soldier's job description is to fight, that is to achieve one's way by fighting, to strive to overcome,
to ward off or repress through effort, to repel. You fight against an enemy, you fight against anything that is against your interest,you fight against anything that aligns with your disadvantage The battle ground is not a tea party and a soldier must be tough. A soldier understands that there are only two options for him on the battlefield; kill or be killed. This means that he has to be hard to survive. He has to be at least twice tougher than his enemy. This
does not mean that he will not pass through ordeals before victory.
Soldiers despite their injury will keep fighting until they see the enemy down before they attend to their injuries. They endure the hardness of that pain to ensure victory. As a soldier of Christ also,you must endure certain hardness. The injuries should not make you
retreat unless the enemy will get an ample opportunity to
finish what he started. Keep on fighting: *"Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, where unto thou art called."1 Tim 6:12.*
*Your victory is sure as you fight.!*

In Proverbs 4:7, the Bible tells us that wisdom is the principal thing.
The dictionary defines Principal as first in rank or importance, a person who organizes, the leading player. These definitions will suffice for this purpose. Going by these definitions of principal, nothing is more important than getting wisdom. Morethan you want to get money, more than you want to acquire wealth, more than your crave or passion for recognition should be your hunger for wisdom. In other words it'll help you organize your business, since wisdom is the leading player in anything you want to venture into, it therefore means then you are to spend at least twice as much time as you spend in other ventures while getting
wisdom. Our text today makes us understand that you don't wish wisdom,you don't fold your hands for wisdom to come to you, you work hard for it. A person who wants to be wise is not seen everywhere, he is separated. He reads wide. As he continues; he naturally begins to mingle ALL wisdom; not wise at some point and
extremely foolish in others. God's wisdom for you is to be complete in Him. Take steps today to acquire wisdom.

"Every circumstance bows down when we focus on our God Psalms says in *Psalms 121:1-2, "I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.* Many have accepted
Christ as their Lord but in times of trouble, Christ becomes their course mate not Lord again because of lack of trust! A preacher once asked What is the anchor that holds your life in the event of storm?" Some everything about their life is built around their career, some family, some sports or hobby, some it is money, fun,many other activities. These are all good things, but they don't
belong at the centre of your life. Worse still, none is
enough to hold you together when life starts falling apart. "When God is all you have in time of trouble, He will be your ever present help in time of need" In other words, when God is at the center of someone's life, the circumstance of that person's life fixes itself. All other issues of life fall in line naturally. No matter how far you have deviated from making God the anchor in affairs of your life, there is opportunity for you to repent today.

God will never say what He can't bring to pass. Every word He speaks concerning your life has its time and its season: every vision He gives you has its time to make manifest. That is why the Bible says the vision is yet for an appointed time... there is a set time for it, just hold on and surely at the end it shall speak and not lie. Therefore, don't let anything steal your joy by distracting you while you wait because for sure *all that God has spoken concerning you will surely come to pass!*
Waiting time is not wasting time. It is a processing time. By the time it fully manifests, you are matured enough to handle it. So never be discouraged in your waiting time. All you need do is wait on God by believing and exercising your faith. Get busy in the things of God; press on by doing His command in His word and as revealed to you by His Spirit. Seek knowledge and never cease praying.

� Numbering your days is part of wisdom

� *INTRODUCTION*
Number implies there is a limit. The believer is not supposed to die just at anytime. It is therefore up to the believer to number his days and be free from anxiety. Get to know that God does not intend for you to die before your age.

*1) WHY YOU MUST NUMBER YOUR DAYS*
_Four reasons why you must number your days are:_

i) That you may apply your hearts unto wisdom (Psalm 90:12.)

ii) You have suffered enough. (Psalm 90:12).

iii) That you may rejoice and be glad all your life (Psalm 90:14.)

iv) So that your work may be established and not
wasted. (Psalm 90: 17)

*2) WHAT A MAN NEEDS TO NUMBER HIS DAYS*

i) To aim for the kind of long, strong life God has promised us in the Bible, the first thing we must straighten out our thinking. We must adjust our thought and actions to agree with God's word and by aligning our expectations with the written revelation of His perfect will. (Prov. 23:7)

ii) You must know what the Bible says about longevity and confess it boldly. (Deut. 6:2, Psa. 91:16.B) the word of God, you have faith to declare what you want (Luke 1:45, Hab. 2:4)

iii.) You must keep God's commandment. (Deut. 4:39
40)

iv) You need wisdom to number your days. (Pro
3:15-16,4:10-11.)

V) You must run from sins. 2Cor. 5:21, Deut.4:39-40, Rom. 6:23, 14-18, Ezekiel 18:4)

vi) You need to honour your father and mother. (Eph 6:2-3)

Why must you number your days and state the prerequisites needed to number your days?

When a believer dies prematurely before the specified age, he is denied of the experiences he would have had with the Lord among men just like a baby stays for a certain period in the womb.
As we have premature birth, so also we have premature death, *but that will not be your portion* The knowledge of the minimum number of years you are designed to live on earth is important.
(John 7:6, John 10:17-18)

_And they went, and came unto the mountain, and abode there three days, until the pursuers were returned: and the pursuers sought them throughout all the way, but found them not."_

The mountain is a place where you meet with God.
The mountain is a place of deliverance, a place that enforces holiness; on the mountain you receive power to dispose enemies of your possession and possess them. *"Upon Mount Zion there shall be deliverance and holiness and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions". (Obadiah 1:18)*
Every time you go to the mountain, you escape from your enemies. The enemies can never have access to you when you go to the mountain top. Going to the mountain simply implies a period of separation. It is a time when you retreat from the crowd to be with God. and you cannot be with God, and the enemy reach
you. Any time it seems like the enemies of your life or the pursuers of your destiny are almost on you, child of God, go to the mountain.
The pursuers sought them throughout all the way, but found them not. You cannot take out time to be with God and the enemy comes to attack you in God's presence. Not possible! *"The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous runneth into it,and is safe." Prov. 18:10*

_" For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God"_

Anytime you hear the word fire�, the first thing that comes to your mind is its ability to burn. Fire itself burns, for God to describe Himself as a consuming fire is to drive home the potency of this fire. God is a consuming fire; He can fight for you with fire. He can decide to burn your enemies out. But our anchor verse is not focusing on our enemies but on us. In the preceding verse, it warns, *"Take heed unto yourselves, lest ye forget the covenant of the LORD your God, which he made with you, and make you a graven image, or the likeness of anything which the LORD thy God hath forbidden thee" Deut. 4:23.*
That is to say that anybody found wanting will be consumed by God. God will not just punish you but He will consume you because He is a jealous God.
*Isaiah 33:14, ...who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? Who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?'*
Do not forget that you are married to Jesus. You are His bride and that makes Him your lover. Any lover is jealous. No wonder our text calls Him a jealous God.
*Do not arouse the jealousy of God.*

� *Whoever it is that is the reason you are going through what you are going through as a result of their trespasses, my God will fish them out for destruction* ❗
The story you just read is that of one finger with red oil soiling the others. The Bible says the children of Israel committed a trespass in the accursed thing, but it went further to tell us the singular person that committed the trespass. Because of Achan the children of Israel suffered and the anger of the Lord was kindled against the children of Israel. They suffered innocently from the wrath of God because of Achan. *One man I don't know whose sin you are suffering from, my God shall fetch them out for destruction so you can be free!*
The children of Israel inquired from God why they were going through what they were going through and God told them what had happened.
They did not spare anything in finding out the source of the problem. They sought him out, stoned him and all that concerns him. Therefore beloved, do not relent or relax, find Achan in the place of prayer.

_"O clap your hands, all ye people; shout unto God with the voice of triumph."_

The Psalmist admonished us to clap our hands and shout unto God with the voice of triumph Why? The reason is in the verses following: *"For the LORD most high is terrible; he is a great king over all the earth He shall subdue the people under us... Psalm 47:2-5.* In other words praise is a weapon of war. God only asked the children of Israel to shout to bring down the wall of Jericho. Read Joshua chapter 6. Sometimes what you need to do to make God turn in
your favour is to clap and shout;, vehement praise. Some people are so overwhelmed by the quantum of their problems or challenges that even in church the weight of their problems or challenges are so much on them that they cannot clap, move their bodies, open their mouth to sing, talk more of shouting with a voice of triumph. You must cultivate the habit of praising God for God to subdue your enemies. To remain a victor, you must remain a praiser. Scripture commands with emphasis *"Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, Sing praises" (vs.6).* Today, take out time to praise God. As you go about your business today, take out time to clap your hands and just shout to God with the voice of triumph.

_Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need._

God knowing that you are appearing before your Father. He does not want you to come before Him a vegetable but
appear before come boldly, He means it. This infers that if you are not going to come into the throne of Grace boldly, it is better you did not appear at all. *'Let us therefore come boldly..,that we may obtain mercy.'* In other words, you will not obtain mercy if you are not bold. The mercy of God is not for fearful people. It is for people with boldness appearing before Him as sons justified by the blood of Jesus. God wants you to come before Him in faith boldly with confidence that when we ask anything according to His will, He hears us and grant the petition we desire of Him. That is a Father - Son relationship. (1 John 5:14-15) He says, *"Declare that ye might be justified"*.
This should explain why that battle is still in your life. You always go to the altar of prayer, the throne of Grace less son. Therefore you cannot obtain mercy and not until
you obtain mercy, you will never be able to access the Grace you need for your needs to be met. His throne with boldness. *From today, in the name of Jesus, receive power to be bold.*

[2] Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live.

There must have been a time when you called God in the
time of trouble and He showed up immediately.
If God has showed up once for you, He will show up again and for you. God is the same yesterday, today, tomorrow and again ever. That He assured you yesterday is an assurance that He will answer you today and even tomorrow His silence doesn't mean that He did not hear you. The Psalmist vowed to Himself that because of the evidence he has that God hears his prayers, he will call upon this God all the days of his life.
You too can make a vow today, take out time, take stock and you will see that at one time God had showed up for you. God has done something that is traceable to His love. Let that be a token to
you that God hears, He answers and nothing is too hard for Him to do. Beloved, what vows have you made to God in your relationship with Him? What vows have you made in your service? Until you begin to make vows and keep them, you have not truly began. *As you make up your mind to call on God all the days of your life, may He answer you.*

_(18) He said, Bring them hither to me._
_(19) And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude._
_(20) And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full._
_(21) And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children._

Your five loaves and two fishes can do much if you lay it down for the Master's use. Physically it may not seem
reasonable compared to the needs before you, but when
you commit it to the needs of the kingdom, it will meet all
your needs and still have a surplus of twelve baskets for every month of the year. Any seed you have that cannot meet the project you intend to accomplish is your five loaves and two fishes.
God is telling you today to commit it into His project and see what He will accomplish in your life. All that your seed needs is the Master's touch of multiplication. (Luke 6:38). Take a look at the scenario in which they offered the five loaves and two fishes to Jesus. It was a situation of five thousand famished men beside
women and children. With such a challenge, they would have held back the loaves and fishes that it is they released it to Jesus, the five loaves and two fishes did much more than they could imagine. They gave Jesus just five loaves and two fishes but Jesus returned twelve baskets to them. *You are next for abundance. Release that five loaves and two fishes.*

*CENTRAL THOUGHT*
� Jesus Christ lived short so that you can live long.

� *INTRODUCTION*
Long life is the heritage of all believer in Christ Jesus. The believers can claim victory over
untimely death. It is one of his or her covenant rights Like Apostle Paul in Philippians 1:23-24 demonstrated, the
believers have mastery or authority over physical death
Christ collected the key to long life and handed it over to all believers. It then takes knowledge for you to operate
in the realm of longevity.

*1. Jesus got the keys*
*2. Long life is your covenant right*

*1) JESUS GOT THE KEYS (1 Cor. 15:54-55,Rev. 1:10-18).
Death was unknown, until sin came. Sin enthroned death as the ruling force on earth. All life bowed to the power to be first dethroned. This was what Jesus achieved at Calvary. *Rev. 1:18 "I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death."*. If death was to be overcome, sin had Keys signify power and authority. Jesus has power and authority for the believers to use. As the believer walks in the newness of the recreated life, he/she is also
demonstrating victory over death. Rom. 6:8-11.
Therefore the believer is not destined to die prematurely. There is a time to die. Eccl 3:1-2.
Jesus demonstrated this fact of not dying before one's time in
*John 7:6. "My time is not yet come"*. John 10:17-18.


*2) LONG LIFE IS YOUR COVENANT RIGHT*
A covenant is an agreement, an agreement between two or more people, imposing some kind of duty or responsibility on both sides. Deut. 28:1-2.
In Exodus 23:25 specifies the covenant promise of God for long life. Your function as a believer is to serve the Lord your God (with all that you have). In response to that, God will bless thy and thy water (all kinds of provisions). God will take sickness away from the midst of thee. There shall nothing cast their young or be barren in thy land: The number of thy days I will fulfil. Psalms 89:34, 91:14,16.

❓ *QUESTION:*
1. Is long life your covenant right?
2. On what ground will you stand to enjoy long life?


� *CONCLUSION:*.*
The Covenant of long life is based upon better promises. Fulfilling your own part will cause God to fulfil His part, then will your joy be full. Your joy cannot be full in premature death. God can only rejoice over you when He is given room to fulfil your years.

_"Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it."_

It is a command for us as children of God not to withhold good from them to whom it is due. No matter what a person has done to you, no matter how painful or how much you are hurting, you should not use a person's short comings or offence to
stop him or her from getting what is rightfully his or her's. When you use your position to stop a man's promotion by refusing to recommend him because of an offence or you deny his benefits,you are incurring the wrath of God. When you stop someone from rendering help to another because of an offence, you are incurring the wrath of God. Do not forget that *"to subvert a man in his cause, the Lord approveth not"* (Lam. 3:36). Anything without God's approval attracts the wrath of God.
*"As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith." (Gal. 6:10)*
If God has privileged you to be a vehicle through which His goodness will be expressed to that brother or sister, let God use you.
Do not stop the good from flowing to him. When you block a pipe from flowing, a time will come because of the pressure, it will bust open at another point to allow passage. Do not allow God dump you and use another. Every carrier of good has got a reward.

A forgiving man is a progressive man. Nothing limits a man like unforgiveness. So many pastors, leaders and Christians are perpetually limited in life because of an unforgiving heart. Their unforgiveness is the cross they have to carry about. They carry a heavy heart with them, thus their speed in life is being affected. They have refused to forget the hurt of the past, so God has withheld from them the greatness they cry for.
Actually, unforgiveness is a proof of immaturity.
It is childish to keep grudges; it is immature to store offences. If God can forgive
you, then there is nobody you shouldn't forgive.
You don't forgive for their good alone, but much more for your peace of mind.
Forgiveness does more good to you than to those you have forgiven.
To go far in life and fulfill your destiny, you must subscribe to the principle of forgiveness; otherwise you will get stuck in life because unforgiveness is a sin of the spirit and sins of the spirit
corrodes the spirit more than the sins of the flesh.
*May God empower you to always sustain a forgiving heart.*

� *Any power, people, force or nations claiming ownership of what God has promised you, without fail, my God shall drive them out!*

The simple reason God will do this for you is so that you can be reassured of His presence with you. You can boldly say *the Lord is on your side and ascribe all glory and praise unto His holy name* for fulfilling His promise of giving the Promised Land unto you.

*Those who have boasted against the supremacy of your God will be confounded and those who want to see what your God can do before they join you will see and surrender to Him as their Saviour.*

_"And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born._

You know the story about baby Jesus, King Herod and
the wise men too well, but today, I want us to consider
something good about this story.
The wise men saw the star of Jesus and followed it down to
Jerusalem from the east. They knew that they had come to the region where Jesus was born but they did not know the particular place.
❓Why did the star disappear -after leading them to Jerusalem?
❓Why did the star not lead them to the manger in Bethlehem directly instead of them to go to an enemy?

� _God desires that your enemies should be troubled for your sake (Matt. 2:31), so that they can gather together (Matt. 2:4) for Him to destroy them._ �

While the enemies are troubled about your prophecy coming to pass, in fashioning out ways to bring you down they will become instruments of advertising you.
Radio stations, TV stations, various forms of social media have publicized issues that they thought would bring me down, but God turn it around for my good. Unknown to Herod he announced and publicized the fulfillment of the prophecy long waited for. *May your prophecy fulfillment trouble your enemies and may God use them to spread your testimony*

_"Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."_

Having therefore these promises.. Which promises are
we looking at here? It is the promise in 2 Cor. 6:18, the promises of becoming sons and daughters of God.
If you must enjoy the privileges,the rights and exceptions He promised you must be cleansed from all filthiness of the flesh and
spirit. It is your duty to consciously terminate the old nature in you. The old nature does not die automatically because you are born again.
It is you who will impose your new nature constantly and vehemently on the old nature. To enjoy the promises, you
must carry the nature of God as a son or daughter of God and the nature of God is Holiness. You must work it out by exercising yourself unto godliness in obedience to God's commands.
The preceding command to the promises says, *"Wherefore come out from among them and be ye separate saith the Lord and touch not the unclean thing and I will receive you, and will be a Father unto you..." 2 Cor. 6:17-18.* This is why the Bible commands us to workout our salvation with fear and trembling. If you fear God in
reverence, you will obey Him and God has said, if you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good of the land.

It is in the nature of man to desire that things happen quickly in his favour.
In this age when everything is wait and take,even Christians desire wait and take miracles.
This is the reason why a lot of people are getting into more terrible trouble.Beloved, our text says the word of God is quick, powerful, and sharper.
If you desire a quick answer, a powerful intervention, a sharp destruction of your enemies, loom no more. What you need
is nothing more than the word of God (See Jer. 23:29). Nothing else in the Bible has these three qualities. The word of God is more potent than anything you can think of because it is God Himself and there is nothing God cannot do.
God regards His word more than His name (Psa. 138:2). The word of our God shall stand forever. Isaiah 40:8. If God said it,believe it and that settles it.
*Anytime you need a quick answer,child of God, locate what God has said, activate it in prayer and see the salvation of God come quickly to you.*

It is very important for you to understand that angelic encounters are in different forms and dimensions. This knowledge will enable you to recognize angelic encounter when you have experienced it.

� *_THE VARIOUS FORMS OF ANGELIC VISITATION_*

*1) Angels Do appear Physically:*
In the encounter Elijah had at Beersheba, the angel appeared in person and prepared food for him, woke him up and asked him to eat.
�Angels appeared to Lot in Genesis 19,
�to Manoah and his wife Judges 13,
�to Gideon in Judges 6,
�to Mary in Luke2,
�to Peter in Acts 12 to mention but a few.
Even today, angels still appear to people Physically.

*2) Angels Do Come In Human Forms [Dan10:16]:*
Daniel encountered an angel who looked like normal human beings.

*3) Angels Do Come As Strangers [Gen 18:1-2]:*
Abraham had an encounter with men who appeared as Strangers who were just passing by.
He convinced them to stop-over at his home so that he can entertain them. They became a blessing to his household.

*4) Angels Do Use The Identity Of Your Prophet:*
Most people have had encounters in the dream where Papa or Mama appeared to them and God used them to intervene in their challenges.

*5) Angels Do Manifest With Bright-Light [Act12:7]:* During Peter's experience in the prison,he saw bright light that shone and flooded the place. The presence of the angel made the prison to shake to its foundation.

❓ *QUESTION:*
What are the various dimensions with which angels could visit humanity?

� *CONCLUSION:*
You have to be very sensitive and consciously ready for angelic visitation.
*Your life will never remain the same in Jesus name.*

There is an act which most people ignore when they are believing God for increase not knowing it is the secret key for multiplication. The act of thanksgiving is the key. This key will any day and anytime provoke multiplication on
that which you are appreciating God for. Do you have a job and you are believing God for a better one? Then thank Him for that job. There are several persons still jobless out there, they do not
have what gives them a single cent each day neither do they have where to wake up to. When you appreciate God, you provoke Him to give you a job far beyond your wildest imagination.
Stop complaining and murmuring comparing yourself always with
people you believe are better than you. Murmuring and
complaining will only make you unhappy because it invokes the destroyer which makes you worse in the state you are.
Emulate Jesus and multiply the five loaves and two fishes you have.

Alot of people desire to serve God, they desire to be an instrument in the hands of God, they desire to do exploit for God, to obey His commands and precepts,
to love Him unconditionally, to dwell in His presence always but they do not engage in seeking God, hence, their desire only ends up as a mere wish and mirage. If you seek God, you will find Him.
David said, one thing have I desired of the LORD and that will I seek after. If you diligently seek after something, you will find it.
A man who desires to go to Lagos should make enquiries and prepare. He must find out how much it will cost him to get there, his options of going to Lagos (Air or Road). He must pay attention to finance amongst other things.
You don't sit down and wish for a bountiful harvest; you must have a land cleared, make
ridges, plant, weed, ward off pest and other animals and continue to pay attention to the farmland as you are praying for a bountiful
harvest.
You seek after God's presence, you run after it, as you continue to passionately look for His presence, you will find
Him.
*May God give you Grace to seek Him and find Him.*

" _For God hath not given us the spirit of fear: but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."_

No parent likes to see that the child is afraid of another especially when the other is younger or in the same age bracket. Parents do not like it when their children are victims of bullies. Parents are usually angry with their children who are always running from other children of their age bracket
because they fear them. They expect that they should be able to stand up to their mates and not shy away or be lily livered before them. In the same vein our heavenly Father does not want us to shy away from situations and circumstances that stare us in the face to
bully us. This is why God hath not given us the spirit of fear
because fear is simply *False Evidence Appearing Real.* There are times when you see a child who has been running away from another suddenly brace up to face the bully and to his amazement knock him off only to discover that there was nothing to his fear of him. This is how the devil is, he is a toothless bulldog going about trying to terrorize believers as if he has power. He poses as a
lion which he is not. *So stand up to the devil and you will soon find out that there is nothing to him.*

" _Death and life are in the power of the tongue :and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof."_

Indeed there is power in the tongue. Your words and you are one; the words you speak tell people who you are.
Your words can depict your mood happy, sad, or angry mood.
In other words, your mouth can deliver or destroy you.
In the court of law, you are permitted to plead not guilty until you are proven guilty. The power of the tongue cannot be over emphasized. You can secure a job by its power. People swindle others just because they know what to say. Some others have got
themselves into unnecessary and undeserving trouble just
because they said the wrong things or the right things the wrong time. People are innocently rotting away in jail because someone used the weapon of the tongue against them. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned. This should tell us that no idle word should come out of our mouths. If you must eat the fruit of the tongue, learn to use your tongue positively. Apply your tongue with wisdom and don't
be snared by the words of your mouth. A young Amalekite killed himself with his mouth by coming to report to David that he was the one that ended Saul's life in battle (2 Samuel 1:2-16).
*You will not bring evil upon yourself with your tongue.*

" _Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain."_

It is okay to do your planning, set goals, make necessary the arrangements do analysis of situations and businesses
before you venture into it or before you draw conclusions. It is okay to be the best at what you do and be diligent at it too. There is no place for a lazy man in the kingdom so it is okay also to work hard also, but you will agree with me or you must have seen people who are masters, professionals in what they do; diligent in their work, have good packaging and business strategies, yet
complaining that things are not well with them and you wonder why? Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it. No matter your expertise and prowess, if it is not the Lord building for you; you will end up in futility. You must learn to
hand over your expertise, intellect and wisdom over to God if you do not want to toil day and night in vain.
*Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. Proverbs 3:5-6.* It is God that endowed you with what you have, why leave him out and depend on the gift and not the giver. That is an upside down arrangement. Return to God and commit that task into His
hands. *As you surrender to God, you will no more toil in vain.*

" _The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth."_

That an honour to be privileged to call the name of the Lord. God is saying to us today that He God, the Almighty, the Lord of hosts, the Creator of the universe, the one that says a thing and it comes to pass, the giver of life, the one that killeth and maketh alive, the one whose
footstool is the whole earth, the one that knows the end from the beginning, the one who formed you, that when you call on Him,He is near you. All you need to do to be sure that God is near you is
to call Him. If God must be near you, you must call upon Him for yourself. Many people today are too lazy to call upon the name of the Lord. They go from one prayer house to the other looking for whom to call on God for them. No wonder they get into more trouble such that they lose track of how they became victims of what they are going through. Though God is near those who call upon Him, but only those who call Him in truth is He near to. You must therefore call Him from the depths of your heart. You must call upon Him as your only way out. You must call upon Him
without alternatives in mind; you must call Him as LORD, the sovereign one, only then can you be sure that if you have called, He is near you. Begin to call Him with understanding.

" _[8] So the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city. [9] Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth._"

The building of a house, an estate, and a city takes more than the effort of a man; it requires other efforts and abilities which are channeled towards that goal.
They therefore require one language so as to understand themselves to work as a team and achieve their aim.
When the force of unit which is enhanced by understanding is strong, they achieve whatever they have imagined to do. That was the situation of the Tower of Babel before God confounded their language because of their wrong intention.
The same wrong intentions are being carried out by the wicked today against believers. That building of a lie or conspiracy against any aspect of your life, has more than one person involved. The original arch-enemy which is the devil is there; his demons and agents in the personalities around your life are also there.
So do not be deceived by focusing on just that person that physically confronted you.
No! There are others behind the scene. Gather them together and scatter them in the order of the tower of Babel. Understand that every gathering together against your destiny as a child of God is a Babel.
*God's judgment is that they shall fall for your sake (Isaiah 54:17)*

_Welcome to your Rhema for Living._ It is a lovely day in a great year and it is necessary you understand this quite early. God has destined you for greatness this year but you have to have the I can mentality for that greatness to manifest. Inside you are great potentials, ability, power, but if you do not carry this mentality despite the contradictions and obvious confrontation before you, you will be limited. Scripture speaks of the power at work in you, *"Greater is he that is in you that he that is in the world" 1 John 4:4.* *"Christ in you the hope of glory". Col. 1:27.*So do not limit yourself by carrying a wrong mentality about yourself. You are a god empowered to dominate the earth and glorify God. The ten spies among the twelve spies that Joshua sent to view the land of Canaan cut short their destinies because they had the wrong mentality about themselves. They saw themselves as grasshoppers and as such did they end. The two other spies, Caleb and Joshua who had the 'I can mentality" lived on because they understood who they are, they understood the ability of God that can do great and mighty things through them. Your belief that you can do all things through Christ that is what strengthens you until you know and declare that you can, you can't.
