That is what it should be.
I'm not here to bandy words with lazy APC fans, they can go ahead and search out/confirm the position of the law in respect to that election and the matters arising.

But two options are opened for INEC according to the Law:

1. INEC declares the living candidate that scored the highest number of votes winner;

2. INEC conducts a fresh polls altogether, after it would have given APC enough time to conduct a fresh primaries and come out with a candidate.

Anything other than any of those would tantamount to absolute lawlessness and a terrible precedence that will hunt everyone in future.

Why should they stone him with stones and water, the man is still a leader. For crying out loud he's still the Senate President. It only shows the level of animalistic behavior some people have if they can start stoning the senate President just because he's being tried in court and has not even be found guilty yet. mr man I don't make bogus claims, I have seen some Esan women who are great cheats including some bini women who are still very much alive and well with their husbands and kids. Do they have to cheat for a maximum of 20yrs first bfr their husbands will die?
