Will the law allow you to publish your salary. You want to make law and you don't know that so many clauses will prevent you from orally saying your salary.

Exactly...

I too was very amused when people were saying Dangote refienry would lower prices. It won't.

And I agree with deregulation. The problem is....MOST nigerians think it is a bad idea....DESPITE the fact that we have not been able to afford it for 10 years!
Deregulation is fine. But we must also pay international salary. We shouldn't sell fuel at international price and pay citizens #19K, from where will they get money to buy the fuel. Or we want them to steal

Richdad50:
I said in an earlier post somedays back that it is better to born a child in a love marriage than to raise a child without a daily father. I remember as a child. We had a young boy raised in a home by his mother who had him befriending a married wealthy man. The old man came at least once in 3weeks to see him. A few kids teased him at that time and by the time we got to 15years of age, he had fought virtually all known young men of his age. He developed rage as he grew and struggled with answers from his mother.

Ladies, before you take in, consider if your child will grow up to see a father at home or a man who regularly pays a visit. The psychological blow on the child is devastating to say the least and the consequence of social withdrawal may be evident.

#Richdad
Story story.

By 10years of age some children have been sent to boarding school, after which University and then they start their life. Guy don't let polygamy make U stick to one ugly pussy. If the pussy is not sweet enough, go for another. Life is too short to regret monogamy.

Let's save ous souls before we are oneghonnized, because there will be no law. But brutality from herdsmen and book boys

Adams oshiomole can declare all he wants, he is not the national assembly, he cannot declare amnesty on criminals. The minute oshiomole leaves or APC leaves office, criminals he is shielding would be hunted by the next government. That's the way the cookie crumbles.
APC and PDP are one in looting and criminality. My concern presently is a living, progressive and passionate leader. A leader that has investments in his country, a leader that is visionary. I don't need a leader that will be buying votes with #10K. I don't need a leader whose children and family members attend UN meeting and are directors in NNPC. I need a leader who was there when rice bag was #9K.

Kadira asked Atiku if Obasanjo lied about what he said about him, Atiku could not answer it.. He was busy dodging it as usual. He should have defended himself there before Nigerians if he was really innocent.

The undisputable fact is, a whole lot of monies accrued to the PDP led Federal Government between 1999 and 2015..... If such monies were made available to Muhammadu Buhari, then he would have done way better than this...... One of the things I drew from this write up is that Onnoghen is being tried by CCT because he is a civil servant. So if he resigns his travails will be over. Maybe then EFCC will step in.

Anyway which way, let the constitution be sacrosanct.

But over $1million is an unimaginable amount

The rule of Law was evidently broken by Onnoghen when he suspended the NJC meet indefinitely.

I keep saying you are supporting the criminal and it shows with your various response.
There are checks and balances in everything in life. Does Onoghen have the Constitutional right to suspend the NJC from meeting. If no, then he has violated a law. But removing him from office via a presidential decree is suspension of the Constitutional 2/3 majority. We are delving towards executive lawlessness.

So the CCT has no use?

When I say you are defending the thief you would become defensive.

The CCT has been empowered by none other than Onnoghen himself, and the same CCT has given an order being that he was being elusive.

It's over for him.
Let the rule of law and due process be followed. After all governors and president have immunity. If CJN can only be removed by 2/3 majority, let it be followed. $1 million is an unimaginable amount, so I will never support him. Do U know I risk my life for this country, as per the work I do. So I can never support him enriching himself illegally.

Don't be surprise that supreme court will give a ruling and Buhari won't obey it. Then what do U expect then . . .

You are defending him.

The minute you overlook that The same CJN postponed the very NJC which could assess him indefinitely, one can conclude you are aiding and abetting.
So Nigerian Bar Association, United States Ambassador and other human right groups are defending him. People are talking about the Constitution and not him. However let me shock U that CCB form can easily indict anybody. Have You seen the form and the details to fill there in. Even Buhari didn't fill that form well.

Good to know you are not defending him.

Now, according to the CJ himself, he confessed and admitted that he violated our laws, a basic admission of guilt.

My question is, do you think he should resign and step down. Yes Or No?
Some people say when such violation occurs. The law that established the CCB says a form will be reissued for the individual to make the necessary corrections.

But sincerely speaking that CCB form could indict anybody because one is to fill chairs and other minor items etc in the form. So if every mistake means resignation, then virtually all civil servants and politicians will resign.

However, his mistake is intentional, one can't forget to declare over $1 million. He should willingly resign. But the Constitution should be upheld with all sanctify.

Nobody is defending him. The constitution should be the guiding principle. After all president and governors have immunity. The CJN can't be suspended or removed without 2/3 majority of the senate. It is better to be ruled by laws than for a Pastor or Imam to rule without laws.
