There was a time I was so addicted to smoking cigarettes that i was smoking two packs a day (40 sticks)

First thing i would do after waking up in the morning was to smoke 2 sticks.
After brushing my teeth, smoke another stick.

Preparing breakfast, smoke another.

During and after eating, smoke again.

Watching movie or football, smoke some more.

In fact 8 years ago, if i ate without smoking, i would be constipated.

I stopped smoking 3 years ago. How I stopped still baffles me.

Now the smell of cigarettes nauseates me.

As earlier responders have said you are going thru a withdrawal phase which i went through during the 3 or 4 times i tried quitting.

It's a pretty painful process but you need to remember that u will feel worse before u start to feel better.

Think of your health and your loved ones to help you stick to ur resolution about quitting.

I haven't smoked in 3 years and i have no desire to do so ever in my life.

The difference u will feel in ur lungs as time goes on are definitely worth quitting not to talk of avoiding the risk of lung cancer, etc. I used to smoke a lot and I know the difference I'm experiencing now so trust me, I know what I'm saying.

The benefits of quitting are endless so i emplore u to stick with it.

You can do it so don't give up.

Drop that smart phone of yours .. Avoid caffeine, don't eat past 7pm, avoid alcohol drinks late at night ( no it won't help you sleep, instead it will give you headaches and make you restless and irritable) .. Avoid late evening strenous workouts.. And if possible create a nice dark ambience atmosphere in your room, No gadgets, radios or TVs..

You can equally buy Chamomile tea ( well known for relaxing/ calming the body) or try Kalms herbal for sleep, avoid synthetic prescription meds such as Zopiclone, you will get addicted to them trust me..

Am an insomniac, thanks to on call duties, not fun at all...

Back to the "derailing topic", your issue is with your fellow man who probably may not be opportune to know NL to spill his own side of the business between you two.

That you came here is probably because this issue has been settled by some of your friends there and it did not favor you, now you want to try him on NL in his absence.

My advice is, settle your case with him amicably OR take up your case to the police so the two of you will have the opportunity to tell your story and the issue rectified.

If it turns out both of you are there illegally doing illegal business, then deportation or jail is the best bet.

I agree with you, you can't compare sorry though UK prices are expensive, the difference is that even people doing menial jobs can hustle up deposit to get a mortgage.. The only issue you might be tied up to a 25 yr mortgage.. Imagine if you get one in your 40s ( which I have seen BTW) you will be working well into your 60s before you can call that house your own.

Your question is not very clear, do you mean you are difficult to bleed by health care staff?? It could be nurses or whoever is attempting to take bloods find venous access difficult to locate, unfortunately not everyone os blessed with what we call good veins..

Try this before you next appointment, drink lots of water to boost venous pressure and volume, start an exercise program ( it helps with keeping veins engorged and it equally helps with blood circulation) ..

I presume you are young, normally I see this problem with overweight patients, the elderly, with threadlike thin veins and patients with poor oral intake .. Though I don't agree with poking someone ten times, maybe next time you should be referred to someone well trained in drawing arterial blood... Good luck

Great pictures, but materials and built look cheap.

It looks like the same material used by one plus in 2014 for there debut phone one plus one (Sandstone black).. It actually has a nice grippy sandpaper like texture; feels good in the hands as well...

Its not premium by any stretch, but not bad either.. Its one of those, you either love it or hate.. I have the one plus one and am not that bothered since I have mine living in a case from day one,how durable it is am not quite sure..

I don't know how much he is worth, but these days been a billionaire in naira is not that far fetched for already wealthy men.. There are big traders in Alaba and Ladipo that are billionaires yet no one know who the are.. A million pounds is not far from half a billion going by current exchange rate, with a couple of millions you are almost close.. Not saying its easy to get, but its within the reach of very rich guys.
