Well you have to use an iron hand on this issue. Not beating o but actually make sure that during the weekends when you're at home that you feed the child with right meals as directed by the doctor.

Well you won't be damned from losing that job besides what if you still give in and he sacks you later. May God give you the grace to do the right thing.

well the law cannot help here. It would have been a different scenario if there's another woman claiming to be her mother so they're trying to find the truth.
What if she sues him and he and he refuses to show up or she claims she was kidnapped as a child they run a DNA test and he is her father but he claims amnesia to who her mother is ?

This is the height of betrayal. I would want to do the same thing too but I don't know if you should.. I think you should secretly get the lady's number. Send her an anonymous message that you know what she's doing and that if she doesn't stop you'd tell her husband. The shock should make her have a rethink if she even ever loved or respected her husband before they got married.

What would you be praying the court to do for you if you sued him ? Has he done anything wrong in the eyes of the law ?

As much as I share in your pains you still need to have a clear head in finding out the truth.
You may want to go back to the relative that told you in the first place and put pressure on him.

Another option is go back to the village if your father is popular or not people will generally know him and his past that maybe why he was so protective of you guys and the information you got.

As an example someone could pose like he wanted to marry you but is on a fact finding mission. May not ask someone from your kindred so as not to make anyone call your dad but may see someone who knows your family's story extensively to give you a headway.

But you would need two things Patience & Perseverance. In all if you're religious stay close to God too. Good luck

One thing you should know is that your brother is now married and is firstly responsible to his wife and kids before any other person so him allowing three extended family to stay in this hard times is an act of kindness and bravery please don't add more stress to his life by bickering with your in-laws. We women are troublesome by nature then when we see someone who has our time we extend the trouble. The truth is
1. There is no way the room would have been left for you while there are women in the house (they need privacy).
2. Why will you say that you will go to the village? Don't you know you give your brother some kind of security in the midst of his wife and her obviously troublesome sisters by staying with him? Has he asked you to leave yet?
3. You where wrong to slap the young woman, no matter what the grieviance is you don't touch a woman.
4. They where wrong to throw your mattress out but please forgive them and move on. Thank God your brother made provisions for a replacement.
5. Take this place as a training ground for your future, if it's anything you should be bothered about now, is to be more determined about gaining independence and making it in life.
6. Leave rofo rofo fight for women, in fact ignore them totally for your national peace.

Never! It is never okay if one of the 'friends' is in any sort of relationship.

My ex-wife started off as friends with a colleague. But once she started hiding to take calls from him, it was obvious this was more than friendship.

Like a bad Nollywood movie, I ended up out of my own home, sleeping in a freaking cold garage that had been converted to a single room while her friend ended up in my warm bed and became the de facto dad to my kids.
