INEC has no issue whatsoever in this matter as they are just a nominal party for the sake of rulings and judgments arising from the matter...

-Did you submit your timetable?
-Did the processes for the sale and submission of forms meet INEC recommendations?
- Was any adjustment or otherwise communicated to INEC within the purview of the 21 days?

PDP closed sales of forms May 29, and extended same to June 01, and so on.

How you move your timetable is the party's headache!?

Take a look at Articles 6 (1), 7 (2) (g), 11 (1) & (2), and 50 (2), (4) of PDP ... a non-member of the party can no longer at this stage be allowed to register as a member and contest the year 2020 Governorship Election in Edo State under the platform of the PDP...



Articles 8 (4), (5), (6) and (10) as well as Article 50 (4), (5) (b) of PDP Constitution, says no one can register as a party member after registration has been closed pursuant to its scheduled Primaries, proceed to purportedly register Obaseki as a member of the Peoples Democratic Party is therefore a sham!!

Wow that’s true but I hear it’s good to be on ground when your car arrives at the port. This way when the ports official see you they’ll be more careful in handling your car. But my question is, won’t you still leave it there till it’s cleared and duty paid for totally and isn’t that enough time for the crooks to steal?
