This is so true. Aside the dashboard melting, I have never encounter any of those problems listed by all these “legends”. It’s not like the dashboard is even melting, just a bit sticky under the hot sun.
I have a 2007 Camry that have been driving for over 3 years now and the only money have spent on the car are on regular Engine oil change, Tires and Brake pad.

What you’ll do is simple; get a motion exparte from court to grant an order giving you leave to obtain chat conversations between you two from the mobile phone of the person who has it (the person who you were chatting with since you’ve deleted the one in your own phone) support it with an affidavit and written address.

Or better still when the matter comes up for hearing, serve the opposing party with an interrogatories form. This will be more complicated so go with the first.

Am a lawyer and I’ve seen things like this so I’ll simply give you this advise though I know you aren’t serious but just in case anyone else finds himself in your shoes.

Instituting an action for the offense of Rape must be done within 2/3 months (would confirm this) this is due to the fact that some scientific evidence and observation of the penetrated part of the body ought to be examined in order to come to such conclusion that penetration was forceful and not consensual.

Even where they go on to Institute the action we would successfully disprove it by circumstantial evidence.
