This issue of sim recycling has to be curtailed as soon as possible.

Just this morning, I received a credit alert of 5k in a SIM card I bought last year for an online food delivery business of mine. This alert is from a zenith bank account and it came in this morning.

Few seconds after receiving the alert, I noticed the person has withdrew all the money so I walked into the bank to lay a complain and trust the average Nigerian customer care agent to behave sluggishly and afterwards told me she has sent an email to the head office.

I had not even walked out of the bank yet and an alert of 58k came in again!. It’s so annoying and I am a person of noble upbringing and moral ethics therefore I wouldn’t see myself tampering with such money.

I have sent a mail to the bank as well as complained on their Instagram channel. I do hope they resolve this soon before DSS show my door.

Please If you receive such alert on your phones when you don’t have any link to such bank account please do well to report it cause for all we know, it maybe an account setup to receive fraudulent proceeds with your phone number attached to it.

I shall keep y’all updated as I await the resolving of this issue.

He hasn't mentioned fuel economy as a criteria.

Buy your Lexus and enjoy it OP. However, do not expect the economy of a corolla. The Lexus can give you 16-18mpg easy with city driving and more with highway driving.
Those figures I quoted are real world figures I have experienced.
There are risks with buying abroad. You could buy a car with a defective transmission or engine and the importer may not even know. Vin Check may not even tell you this as owner is selling and the garage hasn't reported it.

You could have your car damaged at the port by these useless port drivers. They may even tow with your car.

If your importer can physically inspect the vehicles for you before importing, then you are good on some risks.

If you don't want any of the above risks, buy from any dealer or car lot in naija here and go with a literate mechanic and a good friend.

But tell him this before payment and don't go alone, go with someone incase he starts behaving funny after transaction

When you are ready to buy, go to a dealers stand or car seller with friends like 2 make una be 2 or three, after you are satisfied with what you see, depending, dealer/seller issues you a receipt and all the original documents and extra keys, una go drive una sef go bank like owanbe.

While you are smiling sheepishly about to lose 2m+ dealer/seller smiling happily about to collect bride price. you and dealer enter bank or you enter bank alone and your goons stay in the car with dealer or dealer goons holding onto the original docs and keys.

When transfer happen and dealer don see alert and confirm am, he hands over the original docs and extra keys to you make you carry your wahala go with your goons, if nah big time dealer nah 2 cars una go carry go, if nah small time, he go carry Uber or gokada go back him shop.
